Jordan was very efficient and cleaned up after himself.
Willie was knowledgeable, polite, and quick. He analysed the problem with my gas heater for the upstairs zone, and replaced the filter which had become clogged with dust and lint. I would recommend Bartlett to anyone here in Marietta.
Had an amazing experience with Bartlett Heating & Cooling today! We have original builder grade units that have finally had enough and need to be replaced. Mario and Jeff did an amazing job on explaining the situation and showing us the details of everything! They both then sat down and explained our options and…

Re-charged A/C and adjusted furnace WC pressure. Perfect job. Very courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. I’ll be using them, and hopefully Kyle, next time I need service.
I have always been happy with having him here to work on my Heating and Air, he’s always prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and just an overall nice person as well. Glad that he was able to come and help me on short notice today to fix a problem from the last visit. I look forward to him coming again in six months. He’s a great hard worker.

Zack was an excellent reflection on Bartlett. Thanks for his personality and competencies
Great service and always helpful with what we need.
Excellent explanation of our issues. Bo gave us great comfort in what was going on and his ability to fix it if it gets worse. He also gave us the green light to wait until later for the bigger fix without taking a chance on a big breakdown of the system. It’s great to have confidence in your technician.
Mitchell was incredibly professional, thorough, and detailed. Will absolutely return to Bartlett.
James and Jacob performed a very professional job of replacing our HVAC system.
I had a wonderful first experience with Bartlett. Mike was very thorough, took pictures, and took the time to explain what needed to be done with my heating/cooling system. I appreciated being able to make an informed decision. I highly recommend Mike and Bartlett H&C!

A special thank you to my service technician, Evan Weaver, for his thoroughness, attention to detail, and professionalism. Evan took the time to keep me informed throughout the service visit,…

Our experience with Bartlett has been amazing! Started with Holly who is so customer focused but crowning Jewel was Mitchell!!! He is an amazing technician! He was so thorough and knowledgeable! We had 4 units with lots of issues. He documented everything and explained it all. Stayed late to finish it until almost 8 PM. Thank you Mitchell!

Oct.3 We use Bartlett for 2 homes. Today Gene saved us by replacing a pump. Thank you Gene! Jason was very thorough and professional. Edit: Apparently this company was bought out in 2025 and now like to employ predatory scare tactics to sell you products and services you dont need. Do not believe the reviews and BBB score, the name means nothing anymore. On a routine service call they spent 3 hours in my house, having to call in a product manager…
Gene always does a great job maintaining our HVAC systems. He shows up on times and really goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
We look forward to having Jesse in our lives for any HVAC issues on our 8 units in various properties. When you find a good service person you don’t wanna let ‘em go. Our air conditioner was broken and we called out a company that we worked with and loved. The owner recently sold to another firm. We understood…

We’ve used Bartlett for all maintenance since we moved into our house in May 2023. Recently our AC unit was not working well and they sent someone out the next day. Same great company, same excellent customer service, just a new technician. Nervous to interact with a new technician after six or seven years, but Mitchell Jenkins was great!
