Bartlett Heating & Cooling

Erice did a great job with the seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system this fall. He cleaned and tested the whole system and prepped the furnace for the cooler months. We're ready for the winter cold!

The team did excellent work and kept me notified during the process. Really well done Wally and Mike crushed it today. .

Everything was great except the price. I should have gotten estimates from other companies, but was ready to get it done so I signed before giving it enough thought. Almost $12k for a 2 ton unit installed. Everyone was very nice, they did a great job and I'm satisfied, except that after the fact I realized I…

There is no doubt that Zach knew what he was doing. Gave us info on what needs to be repaired. Had his supervisor come by to look and offer a quote for a new system. Have not decided if to proceed as pricing is high and need to make decision.

Chris was great to work with! He was very thorough in covering everything, allowing us to make the best decision possible. There was also no pressure - which put me at ease!

We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!

Excellent company to work with. Sales crew was helpful and gave a no pressure quote with options for a lower cost system. Being in sales my whole life, this may have been one of the most impressive experiences I have ever had. I am not one who likes to have to bargain and shop around for the best deal. We've been Bartlett customers for years and have always been impressed with the company and the quality of the products and services they sell, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago that we finally signed up for their maintenance agreement. Waiting so long was a mistake. The peace of mind we have when it gets…
