Thanks daejon for a great job. My system is secure with Bartlett!
I called with no AC and Zach came right out to fix it. Cooling now, thank you! James came the next morning with replacement coil and installed. I love these people! Part 2 is that I love Zach and I love Jeff. Only thing better is the 2 of them together.
Our experience with Bartlett has been amazing! Started with Holly who is so customer focused but crowning Jewel was Mitchell!!! He is an amazing technician! He was so thorough and knowledgeable! We had 4 units with lots of issues. He documented everything and explained it all. Stayed late to finish it until almost 8 PM. Thank you Mitchell!
Great service and a very responsive team! Rory and Jason were wonderful!
Bartlett is unquestionably the best HVAC service and experience I have encountered. Wonderful staff who place utmost importance on excellent service, professionalism, and the quality of work. They have always been fair with pricing and wonderful attitudes. Mike provided excellent service! The Bartlett team is great all around.
Mike Dorn is fantastic. He showed up, was professional, friendly, and informative. Did a thorough analysis of our HVAC and help us understand what’s happening. Was helpful, communicative, and honest about unit health, essentials, and nice to haves. Great service
Edit: Apparently this company was bought out in 2025 and now like to employ predatory scare tactics to sell you products and services you dont need. Do not believe the reviews and BBB score, the name means nothing anymore. On a routine service call they spent 3 hours in my house, having to call in a product manager…
Gene always does a great job maintaining our HVAC systems. He shows up on times and really goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
Have used Bartlett for 5+ years now. Great staff and service! No high pressure sales pitch. Very honest team. Highly recommended! Gene provided excellent service checking out my AC units. No problems and I did get to talk with him about replacing my two systems as they are getting old. He told me about an 18 month no interest payment plan that sounded good. Thx for your help Gene!

Jason was fantastic. He was very customer service focused. He made sure to take his time to test my systems and recommend a few things that needed attention. I highly recommend Bartlett for any HVAC service.
Easy to schedule appointments. Technicians show up on schedule and are knowledgeable and competent. It does seem like they are always trying to sell the customer "extras" which may or may not actually be necessary or helpful, but you can always say no to these.
Mario was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond dealing with our difficult upstairs unit.
I've been a customer for several years, and bought all three of my HVAC replacement systems through them several years ago. We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!
I have used Bartlett for more years then I can remember and have never had the slightest reason for criticism. From the office staff to the service tech, everyone I have ever dealt with has been courteous, professional and competent! And speaking of the technician, Jerry Jenkins is the BEST! He is like a member of the family now.

Consistent with every technician that we have worked with at Bartlett, Bo was very thorough in his work, and thoughtfully provided answers and advice for all of my questions and concerns. 5 stars!
He called, saying he could come a little earlier (much appreciated). He came, introduced himself, friendly, and said what he was going to do. He told me he had finished, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He left. Who could ask for anything more?!

The BEST customer service I have had in a LONG time. Bartlett is locally owned and operated. We have used Bartlett for our HVAC needs for several years and the experience has always been top notch. Our most recent job was a complex job consisting of a new system installation, as well as repair of a second system. By the end of the day, three crews were on site to ensure the job was completed. It was…
Installation went smooth, delivered what they promised, installers were professional and focused on the job at hand. Two years in and everything's working fine. I really like the Infinity system. Maintenance visits seem thorough.

Bartlett's website made it easy to schedule an appointment. Their technician, Jerry, called when he was on his way, arrived right at the beginning of the appointment window and went over everything in detail as he worked. I appreciated the information and his professionalism through some of the troubleshooting steps.
Bartlett’s put my mind at ease with my HVAC needs
Terence from Bartlett is the best! We’ve used him for years for our town house, then home, and also rental properties. I’ve referred him to all my neighbors who also use and love him & Bartlett. Highly recommend!
Bartlett's technicians are top notch. They are always polite, knowledgeable and informative. They identify any issues, but they do not oversell just to make money. They only do what is needed or recommended (if you choose to do such recommended items). Excellent company!
Jerry has been doing our services for years. He is great. Also friendly and knows his stuff.
Josh was very knowledgeable!
Being in sales my whole life, this may have been one of the most impressive experiences I have ever had. I am not one who likes to have to bargain and shop around for the best deal. From the start, Karen was flawless. So genuine. Then Jeff came and was very honest and upfront with me. He didnt try to flaunt their…

We've been Bartlett customers for years and have always been impressed with the company and the quality of the products and services they sell, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago that we finally signed up for their maintenance agreement. Waiting so long was a mistake. The peace of mind we have when it gets…
Have used Bartlett for about 4 years now. They come to service both HVAC systems (downstairs and upstairs) twice a year. They installed a new HVAC system after a nearly 20 year old system broke down.
