Great experience from beginning to end. They quoted a fair price, gave lots of options instead of just trying to upsell, and completed the work professionally. Would absolutely recommend Bartlett to anyone.
Long time customer. Staff very skilled and kind especially Mitchell. He has helped us in two homes including total A/C replacement. Strongly recommend him and Bartlett!
Thomas installed our furnace in a timely manner and with great customer service. By noon we were up and running and the new unit got the house temperature back to normal in a matter of minutes. We really appreciate the responsiveness and assistance from Bartlett.
We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!
