Is Bartlett Heating & Cooling any good?

Erice did a great job with the seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system this fall. He cleaned and tested the whole system and prepped the furnace for the cooler months. We're ready for the winter cold!

The team did excellent work and kept me notified during the process. Really well done Wally and Mike crushed it today. .

Everything was great except the price. I should have gotten estimates from other companies, but was ready to get it done so I signed before giving it enough thought. Almost $12k for a 2 ton unit installed. Everyone was very nice, they did a great job and I'm satisfied, except that after the fact I realized I…

Bartlett is best HVAC company around. Been using them for 20yrs and our home environment is perfect. Most of the support came from “Mitchell”. Ask for him if he supports your area.

We bought a new HVAC system through Blake on Thursday, had it installed on Monday and what was expected to be an 8 hour job, Blake and his helper got done in 6. They were on-time, professional, and incredibly accommodating, especially with having my two little boys around. His helper, in particular, went above and…

There is no doubt that Zach knew what he was doing. Gave us info on what needs to be repaired. Had his supervisor come by to look and offer a quote for a new system. Have not decided if to proceed as pricing is high and need to make decision.

My HVAC system required replacement. From the quote to install I was pleased with Bartlett’s attention to detail. I highly recommend Bartlett Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs. They're always friendly, and they do a great job. Nothing to complain about here. And prices are fair. I've had several of my units replaced by Bartlett and they do my scheduled maintenance.

Chris was great to work with! He was very thorough in covering everything, allowing us to make the best decision possible. There was also no pressure - which put me at ease!

We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!

Excellent company to work with. Sales crew was helpful and gave a no pressure quote with options for a lower cost system. Replaced all HVAC with new - great crew - very helpful answering all my questions.

Being in sales my whole life, this may have been one of the most impressive experiences I have ever had. I am not one who likes to have to bargain and shop around for the best deal. We've been Bartlett customers for years and have always been impressed with the company and the quality of the products and services they sell, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago that we finally signed up for their maintenance agreement. Waiting so long was a mistake. The peace of mind we have when it gets…

Can't tell you how much we love Bartlett and Mr. Jerry specifically. We've been riding with them for almost a decade now. They are the only HVAC company we trust and they are worth every dime. Look no further!

We love Bartlett for all the reasons mentioned above. They have taken good care of us for many years now. Wouldn't think of using any other company!

Excellent team. Terrific value. This is my third purchase.
