Is Bartlett Heating & Cooling any good?

Technicians and office staff are always courteous and efficient. Willie Richardson was able to quickly diagnose and repair my A/C system. He explained things thoroughly and took care of it expeditiously. 5-stars.

Erice did a great job with the seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system this fall. He cleaned and tested the whole system and prepped the furnace for the cooler months. We're ready for the winter cold!

Our experience with Bartlett has been amazing! Started with Holly who is so customer focused but crowning Jewel was Mitchell!!! He is an amazing technician! He was so thorough and knowledgeable! Bo was excellent! Seeing I didn’t need a new filter he didn’t replace it and focused on something that needed attention.

Would give six stars if I could. They had the AC unit fixed within a couple hours after I called. Technician Willie was professional and very friendly. He answered all questions I had and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Fast and efficient.

There is no doubt that Zach knew what he was doing. Gave us info on what needs to be repaired. Had his supervisor come by to look and offer a quote for a new system. Have not decided if to proceed as pricing is high and need to make decision.

Steven was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. found an extra filter in our supply system that should not have been there which was causing the error code in our system. very pleased with my service.
