Technicians and office staff are always courteous and efficient. Willie Richardson was able to quickly diagnose and repair my A/C system. He explained things thoroughly and took care of it expeditiously. 5-stars.

Erice did a great job with the seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system this fall. He cleaned and tested the whole system and prepped the furnace for the cooler months. We're ready for the winter cold!

Our experience with Bartlett has been amazing! Started with Holly who is so customer focused but crowning Jewel was Mitchell!!! He is an amazing technician! He was so thorough and knowledgeable! We had 4 units with lots of issues. He documented everything and explained it all. Stayed late to finish it until almost 8 PM. Thank you Mitchell!

Many thanks to Bartlett! We were experiencing a problem with our heat on one of the coldest days of the year and they gave us an appointment the same day. Zach came to check it out and figured out the problem immediately. He fixed it quickly and was kind and professional. We so appreciate Zach’s help!

We have a 3 zone heating and cooling system. As the weather turned cold we found that zone 1 was not working. Zones 2 & 3 were fine. We checked the zone 1 thermostat and it was working so I called Bartlett. They came out the next day. Within 5 minutes of checking the system they found that the 'Zone Card' was… Read full review

We've been with Bartlett on an annual maintenance plan for years, and they've always been great folks and helped us keep our circa-2008 era HVAC functioning as well as could be expected. Last night, our 17 year old original blower motor finally failed. Jason came out today and was able to identify and rectify the… Read full review

There is no doubt that Zach knew what he was doing. Gave us info on what needs to be repaired. Had his supervisor come by to look and offer a quote for a new system. Have not decided if to proceed as pricing is high and need to make decision.

The company responded quickly. Stephen is a great technician. Solved my heating issue and gave me maintenance recommendations for my unit. However, I was able to go to the MFR site and acquire the parts at a much lower price. Had an HVAC technician install them for a lot less. Thanks you!

We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!
