Technicians and office staff are always courteous and efficient. Willie Richardson was able to quickly diagnose and repair my A/C system. He explained things thoroughly and took care of it expeditiously. 5-stars.

Our experience with Bartlett has been amazing! Started with Holly who is so customer focused but crowning Jewel was Mitchell!!! He is an amazing technician! He was so thorough and knowledgeable! We had 4 units with lots of issues. He documented everything and explained it all. Stayed late to finish it until almost 8 PM. Thank you Mitchell!

Many thanks to Bartlett! We were experiencing a problem with our heat on one of the coldest days of the year and they gave us an appointment the same day. Zach came to check it out and figured out the problem immediately. He fixed it quickly and was kind and professional. We so appreciate Zach’s help!

Knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, & no up-selling. Competitive prices provided on what is needed & since many parts are on the truck, most likely multiple appts aren’t needed to take care of one simple issue. Glad we came across this company & agree with all the other great reviews. Bo is great- we’ll be requesting him by name next visit.
