Erice did a great job with the seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system this fall. He cleaned and tested the whole system and prepped the furnace for the cooler months. We're ready for the winter cold!
Blake and his team came out today to do some major work for us, installing two new condensers, two new evaporator coils and one new Infinity thermostat. It was a big job but they were up to the task. The job was done efficiently and very well. At the end of their long day they made sure to put everything back in…
The team did excellent work and kept me notified during the process. Really well done Wally and Mike crushed it today. .

Blake came in and explained things in great detail and gave honest recommendations that made sense. At the end of the day we received a reasonable quote for things we knew needed to be done. More thank happy with our experience with Blake and Bartlett in general.
We’ve used Bartlett for all maintenance since we moved into our house in May 2023. Recently our AC unit was not working well and they sent someone out the next day. Jordan was knowledgeable and personable. He gave us option but also his expert opinion on what he would recommend. We decided to replace the unit. They…
Everything was great except the price. I should have gotten estimates from other companies, but was ready to get it done so I signed before giving it enough thought. Almost $12k for a 2 ton unit installed. Everyone was very nice, they did a great job and I'm satisfied, except that after the fact I realized I…
Bartlett is best HVAC company around. Been using them for 20yrs and our home environment is perfect. Most of the support came from “Mitchell”. Ask for him if he supports your area.
I have been using Bartlett for almost 30 years. I love working with a family business that has made me feel like an honorary Bartlett! The service is always top notch and I appreciate the support I get from them. Highly recommend!

Jason was great. He showed me and explain everything that was going on. He was to me very honest and up front. Thank You
Bartlett has been our go-to HVAC service company for longer than I can remember. One of our AC unit’s (20 yrs old), needed to be replaced. Order placed on Wed, installed following Tues. very happy with the total process, including ordering, pricing, interest free payments, and of course the installation.
I called many AC companies but choose this one due to their reviews but also because of great customer service from the initial call! I choose to install a new AC unit instead of repair due to the age of my existing unit. No charge for evaluation and Jeff was professional and did not pressure me into a sale. He…

We bought a new HVAC system through Blake on Thursday, had it installed on Monday and what was expected to be an 8 hour job, Blake and his helper got done in 6. They were on-time, professional, and incredibly accommodating, especially with having my two little boys around. His helper, in particular, went above and…

They're always friendly, and they do a great job. Nothing to complain about here. And prices are fair. I've had several of my units replaced by Bartlett and they do my scheduled maintenance.
Bartlett Heating & Cooling does our twice yearly maintenance and recently installed a new system. We really enjoy working with them and appetite prompt response times and attention to detail.
We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!
The BEST customer service I have had in a LONG time. Bartlett is locally owned and operated. Their technicians, salesmen, and customer service reps are the kindest and most honest people I've worked with in AC and Heating! I switched from CoolRay because we needed a new AC and CoolRay quotes us 3K MORE than Bartlett…
Update 4/4/25 - Tyler provided excellent service today for our maintenance visit. As always I highly recommend Bartlett if you have any HVAC needs. My heat pump went out this year Bartlett came up to get me set up with a new unit. The guys were honest - I didn't feel they were selling me on something I didn't need. Bartlett did a great job installing our new system and the whole team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.
Excellent company to work with. Sales crew was helpful and gave a no pressure quote with options for a lower cost system. They respected my wishes for a basic system without the bells and whistles and didn't try to upsell me or tell me I needed to replace functional equipment. Their quote was the lowest of the four…
Great techs that took care of the house and did a great install. They were fast and took time to explain and answer any questions I had. Glad I chose Bartlett for our full system replacement! Great interactions with all techs and scheduling personal!
We've been Bartlett customers for years and have always been impressed with the company and the quality of the products and services they sell, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago that we finally signed up for their maintenance agreement. Waiting so long was a mistake. The peace of mind we have when it gets…
Strongly recommend Bartlett - they did a great job installing our new AC systems. They always do a great job with seasonal maintenance as well. Have been using them for many years, always responsive, professional and fair.
Can't tell you how much we love Bartlett and Mr. Jerry specifically. We've been riding with them for almost a decade now. They are the only HVAC company we trust and they are worth every dime. Look no further!

Bartlett was AMAZING! They were incredibly professional, came in on time, respected me and my house with plastic shoe coverings and masks. They were incredibly helpful and will recommend them to anyone else who needs HVAC fixed.
We've been happy Bartlett customers for 5 years across two homes. We've hired Bartlett to install two different central HVAC systems, and both times the installation was incredibly professional and fast. I have a feeling that if we shopped around, we could probably find a company who could do HVAC work for cheaper,…
