Evan Weaver was my assigned technician for ; today's visit. This tech was extremely professional, thorough, and did an amazingly comprehensive job. He explained potential options to me (for now and in the future), explained the potential benefits, and explained them in an order of priority which was really helpful.…
UPDATE: Jesse performed our semi-annual maintenance thoroughly with care. Chris and the Bartlett team are great! Performed my semi-annual service promptly and efficiently. Quinton was informative, pleasant and worked diligently. Awesome service!!
Blake came in and explained things in great detail and gave honest recommendations that made sense. At the end of the day we received a reasonable quote for things we knew needed to be done. More thank happy with our experience with Blake and Bartlett in general.
I’ve been a customer of Bartlett Heating & Cooling for several years and continue to appreciate their excellent service. A special thank you to my service technician, Evan Weaver, for his thoroughness, attention to detail, and professionalism. Evan took the time to keep me informed throughout the service visit,…
very professional. always courteous and on time.
Edit: Apparently this company was bought out in 2025 and now like to employ predatory scare tactics to sell you products and services you dont need. Do not believe the reviews and BBB score, the name means nothing anymore. On a routine service call they spent 3 hours in my house, having to call in a product manager…
Gene always does a great job maintaining our HVAC systems. He shows up on times and really goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
Thorough, capable. Made sure that we knew what was taking place.
Bartlett is best HVAC company around. Been using them for 20yrs and our home environment is perfect. Most of the support came from “Mitchell”. Ask for him if he supports your area.
Bo was excellent! Seeing I didn’t need a new filter he didn’t replace it and focused on something that needed attention.
My AC stopped working last night. I made an appointment online for this weekend they then texted me and said to call. I called and got an appointment for the same day. The technician Bo was extremely nice and happy to help teach me what I didn’t understand. All around great experience but I will ensure I keep using Bartlett thanks to Bo.
I had a great experience with my recent HVAC repair, thanks to Mario. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Mario also worked with me to find the right deals and…
Detailed, professional, and courteous. Pointed out some preventive maintenance to keep things running smooth. Thanks Quinton.
I could not have asked for a better technician to come service my HVAC. Mario was knowledgable, professional, pleasant and engaging. I felt that I was in good hands and everything is running smoothly. So glad he suggested a surge protector because I would hate to damage my system by any lightening strike. I have…
Great job by Evan. Very professional. Was able to analyze refrigerant deficit and replenish as needed.
Evan was great! He took the time to inspect and service our units thoroughly. He also spent time explaining his findings, his recommended solutions, and some things I can do on my end to take care of my systems better.
Evan was very communicative, explained the situation well and was very patient during the whole process. He managed to get on site quickly and got the system up and running again.
Jason was fantastic. He was very customer service focused. He made sure to take his time to test my systems and recommend a few things that needed attention. I highly recommend Bartlett for any HVAC service.
I've been a customer for several years, and bought all three of my HVAC replacement systems through them several years ago. I continue to use them for maintenance, and they come out twice a year to check everything, which helps prolong the life of the equipment. Mario came out today and did a very thorough job of…

Jesse did excellent work
great job, on time, on schedule and clean up before departure
Have used Bartlett for 11 years and like the way the service maintenance keeps you ahead of many service issues.
Jordan was great and explained the issues we had. He gave many pricing tiers depending on how much we could spend to fix the issues in our home.
Very knowledgeable and explained any issues.
I've used this business for over 15 years. They have upgraded my systems and provided semi annual maintenance on both of systems. Pleasure to work with.
Stephen Garcia from Bartlett Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job completing my Spring maintenance service today (4/28/2026). He continues to deliver the same high‑quality care and professionalism that has made him such a trusted technician in our community for the past few years. I was able to get my unit on a…
Excellent visit! Highly recommend Bartlett; our tech (Willie R.) did a great job.
I selected this company via Google Gemini sharing with me the best HVAC company in my region, with certain factors being most important. I will say that I walked away satisfied with both Gemini and Bartlett after my initial interactions and installation. From properly setting my expectations and meeting the…
Long time customer. Staff very skilled and kind especially Mitchell. He has helped us in two homes including total A/C replacement. Strongly recommend him and Bartlett!
My husband and I have used Bartlett for years, and we are always pleased with the experience. Bartlett installed two units when our house was built in 1988, and they have continued to maintain those systems and their descendants (plus one more small unit in our bonus room) over the years. Today, Chris came out for…
Marvelously professional installation of two Premier One Air Purifiers and two NuShield iWave Air Ionizers. The installations were performed precisely as described and there were no changes to the original quote. Moreover, the new equipment placements were precise and clean - the sure sign of a skilled professional.…
Great install. Won’t use anyone but Bartlett for my HVAC needs.
Our latest experience was with Willie. If he is your tech, you are in good hands. He's very personable and accommodating. He's a good rep of Bartlett's work ethic. The office is always willing to do whatever necessary to help me out. We've had a maintenance agreement for 7 years.
Evan from Bartlett did a great job of servicing our units and cleaning our mini split. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing clearly.
Chris has always been super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! He’s been servicing my house for the 5 years that I’ve been here and serviced it for over 10 years with the previous owner. Highly recommend!!
Josh performed my routine winter maintenance. He identified some issues, thouroughly explained options and costs, chemicallycleaned my heat pump and installed uv lights. Great job Josh. Thanks for your patience with all my questions!
Fast and efficient.
Bartlett Heating & Cooling provides outstanding service. I have been their customer since Aug.2000. Service Technician Bo and Willie are a credit to the Bartlett Team. They performed a thorough inspection and maintenance of my furnace. Bo informed me about the condition of my unit and recommended a thorough…

Stephen Garcia was courteous, friendly, and professional throughout the service. He demonstrated a very positive disposition and even contacted me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. I greatly appreciated his communication and professionalism. I would highly recommend Stephen Garcia for continued…
No simple task, this. Finding the words yet again to express in some original way the gratitude and appreciation we feel toward Bartlett for that same old (but far from boring) super-stellar service to our home our family and our comfort. I'm not sure whether this is the seventh or the eighth year we have benefited…
We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!
I have used Bartlett for more years then I can remember and have never had the slightest reason for criticism. From the office staff to the service tech, everyone I have ever dealt with has been courteous, professional and competent! And speaking of the technician, Jerry Jenkins is the BEST! He is like a member of the family now.
Bo was outstanding. He was very polite, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and very cautious with keeping my home clean by wearing covers on his shoes! I highly recommend him! As a matter of fact, Bo is the only one I want serving my unit moving forward!
I've been with Barlett for about 4 years under their annual maintenance program. Bo came in today to conduct the summer maintenance. He went above and beyond to educate and advise me on all of my concerns and gave me some really good recommendation. He also didn't let the rain stop him from getting everything done…

Tommy Stamps was informative, professional and patient in describing how I should maintain the unit between maintenance checkups. Bartlett and it's technicians, administrative staff, business executives, etc. are all respective, customer service oriented and value their clients. I will never use another company because of people like Tommy at Bartlett.
Excellent company to work with! Highly recommend!!
Bartlett is the real deal! Super timely and professional. We have been so pleased with the HVAC unit that they installed at our house, as well as the service that they have done on it since then. Much cheaper than Coolray when we got the quotes. High quality service! Gene is an outstanding and professional…
Jerry is always professional, friendly, and honest. He will make recommendations, but only if necessary or that will improve performance and efficiency. I highly recommend Bartlett Heating & Cooling for your air conditioning unit and furnace equipment and maintenance. Call Mike or Shannon Bartlett for more information today!
Truly professional and exceptional service.
Bartlett is always responsive if I were to have an issue. But their affordable maintenance plan is what keeps all three of my units going and in tip top shape. I am always cool or toasty, depending on what the season requires.
Chris always does a great job. He is knowledgeable and we trust him.
Jerry was awesome! He was on time, professional, and answered all my questions.
This is a great local company!! I just used them for the first time for a A/C Tune up. Their communication was great and they showed up as expected. Jerry was very professional and did a great job checking everything out and letting me know anything that need to be address. I will definitely use them in the future!!
Bartlett's website made it easy to schedule an appointment. Their technician, Jerry, called when he was on his way, arrived right at the beginning of the appointment window and went over everything in detail as he worked. I appreciated the information and his professionalism through some of the troubleshooting steps.
We've been Bartlett customers for years and have always been impressed with the company and the quality of the products and services they sell, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago that we finally signed up for their maintenance agreement. Waiting so long was a mistake. The peace of mind we have when it gets…
Can't tell you how much we love Bartlett and Mr. Jerry specifically. We've been riding with them for almost a decade now. They are the only HVAC company we trust and they are worth every dime. Look no further!
