Bartlett Heating & Cooling

The team did excellent work and kept me notified during the process. Really well done Wally and Mike crushed it today. .

Mitchell was incredibly professional, thorough, and detailed. Will absolutely return to Bartlett.

Blake came in and explained things in great detail and gave honest recommendations that made sense. At the end of the day we received a reasonable quote for things we knew needed to be done. More thank happy with our experience with Blake and Bartlett in general.

Have used Bartlett for 5+ years now. Great staff and service! No high pressure sales pitch. Very honest team. Highly recommended! In that time I have also had unexpected things happen, and they are always quick to respond, and can get in quickly to fix the problem. It's like having a family member in your… Read full review

Bartlett is best HVAC company around. Been using them for 20yrs and our home environment is perfect. Most of the support came from “Mitchell”. Ask for him if he supports your area.

Mario bid great.

We’ve used Bartlett for years for all things related to home heating and air maintenance. We’ve had thermostats installed, major ductwork performed, and HVAC units installed - in addition to regular home maintenance on our previous very old systems. They’ve been great to work with and the folks we’ve had come by are… Read full review

Mario Flores was incredible to work with! Not only was he on-time, respectful and thorough, he went above and beyond to explain everything he was doing and any recommendations he had for our home HVAC system. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Experience with quick response! The evaluation and explanations were thorough. The installation men were on time, polite, friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire installation. They cleaned up all areas of the installation. I highly recommend Bartlett for all your HVAC needs.

Evan is great! He was very thorough in his assessment, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. His manager, James was great as well and patient while we were deciding between different quote options. Highly recommend! Our dog also approves!

Detail-oriented, timely repair. Evan was respectful and gave honest advice. I appreciate the great customer service!

Long time customer. Staff very skilled and kind especially Mitchell. He has helped us in two homes including total A/C replacement. Strongly recommend him and Bartlett!

Great install. Won’t use anyone but Bartlett for my HVAC needs.

There is no doubt that Zach knew what he was doing. Gave us info on what needs to be repaired. Had his supervisor come by to look and offer a quote for a new system. Have not decided if to proceed as pricing is high and need to make decision.

A domestic pipe water leak in the crawl space and ductwork located closest to the leak was sagging & appeared to have water inside the duct work.

I have used Bartlett for more years then I can remember and have never had the slightest reason for criticism. From the office staff to the service tech, everyone I have ever dealt with has been courteous, professional and competent! And speaking of the technician, Jerry Jenkins is the BEST! He is like a member of the family now.

We have used Bartlett for our HVAC needs for several years and the experience has always been top notch. Our most recent job was a complex job consisting of a new system installation, as well as repair of a second system. By the end of the day, three crews were on site to ensure the job was completed. It was… Read full review

Excellent, as usual!

Jerry, one of Bartlett's technicians, performed today a checkup on my HVAC system and replaced one of the blowers" motors that was failing to operate appropriately. He was very acquainted and knowledgeable, he educated me on many things I asked and answered all my questions related to system. As a result of my… Read full review

Brent and his team were great! They showed up on time and were professional and respectful the entire time they were here. They did a great job of explaining our new HVAC system and walking us through all the things they did and answered all our questions. They left without a trace as well when they were done. We highly recommend them!

Being in sales my whole life, this may have been one of the most impressive experiences I have ever had. I am not one who likes to have to bargain and shop around for the best deal. From the start, Karen was flawless. So genuine. Then Jeff came and was very honest and upfront with me. He didnt try to flaunt their… Read full review

Bo has been our service tech for about a year and a half now and each visit he has provided the quality care and memorable experience you're looking for, but more importantly useful and applicable information. From patching a leaking duct causing major cooling loss in the Summer to ideas for optimizing air flow to… Read full review

Can't tell you how much we love Bartlett and Mr. Jerry specifically. We've been riding with them for almost a decade now. They are the only HVAC company we trust and they are worth every dime. Look no further!

I've been using Bartlett for the last 5 years for preventative maintenance on my 3 units. Jerry has been my technician the entire time and he does an amazing job. He is always on time and I know that if Jerry says I need to fix something that I can always trust his judgement.

Bo is super down earth, on time, and knows is job. He explains everything and educates at the same time. Bartlett's prices are very transparent and lower than others. When I first moved to my home I had another HVAC provider show up and they weren't as friendly and tried to over charge to fix a burnt wire as well as… Read full review

We've been happy Bartlett customers for 5 years across two homes. We've hired Bartlett to install two different central HVAC systems, and both times the installation was incredibly professional and fast. I have a feeling that if we shopped around, we could probably find a company who could do HVAC work for cheaper,… Read full review
