Bartlett is best HVAC company around. Been using them for 20yrs and our home environment is perfect. Most of the support came from “Mitchell”. Ask for him if he supports your area.

Jason was fantastic. He was very customer service focused. He made sure to take his time to test my systems and recommend a few things that needed attention. I highly recommend Bartlett for any HVAC service.
Reliable, affordable system maintenance and repairs by professional technicians. New to me technician Evan ... Friendly,, great service (and bonus, tidy ... Cleans up after himself), thorough. Great service. I have used them for years and am always happy.
Jacob Arp is the best. We have had multiple techs on maintenance and inspection calls flag us as needing to replace our heat exchanger. One tech didn't even complete the scheduled maintenance and then tried to sell us on a replacement. After hearing many others recommend Bartlett, I called them for a final opinion.…
We've used Bartlett for years. Very professional and reasonably priced. I recommend their services for any homeowner.
I've used this business for over 15 years. They have upgraded my systems and provided semi annual maintenance on both of systems. Pleasure to work with.
Stephen Garcia from Bartlett Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job completing my Spring maintenance service today (4/28/2026). He continues to deliver the same high‑quality care and professionalism that has made him such a trusted technician in our community for the past few years. I was able to get my unit on a…
We are very pleased with the system Bartlett installed for us, and Gene K. has provided us great semi-annual maintenance ever since. You won't go wrong with Bartlett and Gene K.
I selected this company via Google Gemini sharing with me the best HVAC company in my region, with certain factors being most important. I will say that I walked away satisfied with both Gemini and Bartlett after my initial interactions and installation. From properly setting my expectations and meeting the…
My husband and I have used Bartlett for years, and we are always pleased with the experience. Bartlett installed two units when our house was built in 1988, and they have continued to maintain those systems and their descendants (plus one more small unit in our bonus room) over the years. Today, Chris came out for…
After 20+ years, it was time for a new HVAC system and the team from Bartlett Heating & cooling was very polite, professional, and very friendly throughout the whole process. They worked extremely hard installing the system in my crawl space, which is a very difficult area, and handled everything with skill and…
Bartlett Heating and Cooling proactively maintains our units and keeps us informed and helps prioritize work that is needed. Willie came to see us today and we appreciate his suggestions.
Evan Weaver was very thorough in his explanation of the situation and answered all questions. Left feeling I had an honest appraisal of the likely cause and the possible fixes.
Originally, we were only on a maintenance plan. However, when we were ready to install our new unit, we chose Bartlett after gathering quotes and investigating the other suppliers. So glad we did!! The installation team was very professional. They were on time! They were very communicative and thorough. We were…
Joshua Ellis did a great job servicing the heating and cooling system of my condo. He found the heat pumps contactor pitted and burnt and replaced it and installed a time delay for the contactor to protect it. Thank you for keeping the heating and cooling system in good running condition. Thank you, Joshua!
Terance took care of the maintenance on the heating. I had some questions concerning the humidifier. He answered all my concerns and made some recommendations for the upcoming weather issues we are facing this week for freezing (preventive measures).. I have dealt with Barrett for over 10 years and the service I…

Jason is a delight to work with. We are very pleased!
On time, professional and thorough.
Chris is the BESTEST. Wonderful service provided.
We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!
I have used Bartlett for more years then I can remember and have never had the slightest reason for criticism. From the office staff to the service tech, everyone I have ever dealt with has been courteous, professional and competent! And speaking of the technician, Jerry Jenkins is the BEST! He is like a member of the family now.
Stephen Garcia was warm and professional with a winning smile attitude! He did my heater maintenance today and provided excellent service!! Bartlett never disappoints!!
Tommy Stamps was informative, professional and patient in describing how I should maintain the unit between maintenance checkups. Bartlett and it's technicians, administrative staff, business executives, etc. are all respective, customer service oriented and value their clients. I will never use another company because of people like Tommy at Bartlett.
Joshua was prompt and very professional. I asked about the thermostat and asked about a newer one that would be easier to read. He found one that was very reasonable and installed and explained to me how to use it. I was very pleased with all of his work and his positive helpful attitude. Thank you. Joshua. I would definitely loves to have him again...
From the Company Owners to Bailey (customer rep) to Joshua (the tech), the experience is amazing and it's clear they care about their customer relationships and building long-term trust. Communication was great and they've always been on time within a reasonable two hour window. When I had an AC emergency they…
We have used Bartlett for our HVAC needs for several years and the experience has always been top notch. Our most recent job was a complex job consisting of a new system installation, as well as repair of a second system. By the end of the day, three crews were on site to ensure the job was completed. It was…
Josh is always direct and up front with me about what needs to be done and what can continue to be monitored. He explains the systems to me in ways I can fully understand.
Terence is the best around! Smart, timely and professional.
Josh did a wonderful job, and kept me informed of the parts requiring replacement as well as the running cost. We ran cost comparisons for the visit versus the annual maintenance package.
I have been a Bartlett customer for 20 years. They have maintained and replaced (as needed) every HVAC at all homes I have owned over the years. I love their Small family business feel with high quality.
Jerry is prompt, thorough, and does a great job of explaining what he sees and recommends. He has been our technician for several years now. I am very pleased with his service and recommend the company!
Very nice and knowledge crew technician, that did several.preventive and safety checks
We are very happy with customer service from top to bottom. We appreciate the communication, knowledge and professionalism of our technician.
Jerry, one of Bartlett's technicians, performed today a checkup on my HVAC system and replaced one of the blowers" motors that was failing to operate appropriately. He was very acquainted and knowledgeable, he educated me on many things I asked and answered all my questions related to system. As a result of my…
Punctual and professional!👍✌
Jerry Jenkins - the associate - professional and just an expert in his craft and always knowledgeable!
Knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, & no up-selling. Competitive prices provided on what is needed & since many parts are on the truck, most likely multiple appts aren’t needed to take care of one simple issue. Glad we came across this company & agree with all the other great reviews. Bo is great- we’ll be requesting him by name next visit.
Jerry is the best! He knows his stuff. Bartlett is very prompted when call to schedule appointment. Highly recommended them if you are looking for HVAC work and maintenance.
I have had the same technician (Jerry) come out for my annual check up for three straight years he is very thorough and a true professional. Luv this company.
We've been Bartlett customers for years and have always been impressed with the company and the quality of the products and services they sell, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago that we finally signed up for their maintenance agreement. Waiting so long was a mistake. The peace of mind we have when it gets…
Very professional, thorough HVAC maintenance and great customer service
Jerry is like "Family" to us. He always is courteous and conscientious in his approach to the bi-annual servicing of our HVAC systems.
Have used Bartlett for about 4 years now. They come to service both HVAC systems (downstairs and upstairs) twice a year. They installed a new HVAC system after a nearly 20 year old system broke down. Their service goes above and beyond. For example, in 2019, our HVAC system broke down right before my 40th…
Tommy worked fast, was efficient, did and excellent job, was very personable and considerate
We have been getting heating and and air conditioning service and equipment from Bartlett for 18 years. It is always above and beyond what we can expect from a good Heating and A/C company. They go the extra mile and are extremely competent. Their prices are fair.
Josh is excellent!! Bartlett Heating & Air is a great company to work with.
A tech named Terrence came out for routine maintenance. I appreciated him giving me a call when he was on his way to let me get home in time to meet him. He arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. I told him about some issues I was having with my heating. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and he was…
Terrence Mc Dermot came for the routine maintenance today . As always he was very efficient and easy to deal with. Like in all my encounters with Bartlett, the technicians are super friendly and know their job.
Can't tell you how much we love Bartlett and Mr. Jerry specifically. We've been riding with them for almost a decade now. They are the only HVAC company we trust and they are worth every dime. Look no further!
all the above. My air conditioner quit upstairs and it hit 90 inside and 92 outside. I called first thing in the morning and was told 4:00 would be the earliest. I was okay with this because the downstairs air was fine. Gene and Jeff (sorry if I remembered the names incorrectly!) arrived much earlier and…
I have used Bartlett Heating & Cooling, INC for years. Jerry and the office staff are amazing. Thanks so much for taking such great care of us over the years:)
Bo is very thorough and professional. He always takes the time to review his recommendations, share insights, and keep us abreast of any concerns. We appreciate his attentiveness.
I've been using Bartlett for the last 5 years for preventative maintenance on my 3 units. Jerry has been my technician the entire time and he does an amazing job. He is always on time and I know that if Jerry says I need to fix something that I can always trust his judgement.
My heat went off yesterday (MLK JR Holiday) I called Bartlett Heating first thing this morning and service technician Terrence McDermott was here at 9AM. The service tech after examining the furnace, proceeded to replace the ignition switch in a prompt and professional manner. I was very satisfied with Bartlett's…
Terence Mcdermont
Always a great job! Been a customer for several years now.
Excellent job, very efficient and friendly, knowledgeable as well.
We've been happy Bartlett customers for 5 years across two homes. We've hired Bartlett to install two different central HVAC systems, and both times the installation was incredibly professional and fast. I have a feeling that if we shopped around, we could probably find a company who could do HVAC work for cheaper,…
Bartlett heating and AC have been maintaining my HVAC system for several years and everything has been worry free. When my AC and furnace went out the last time it could not be repaired to last. Dusty from Bartlett came out to my house and helped me pick the best system for my house. The Carrier Infinity system…
