Technicians and office staff are always courteous and efficient. Willie Richardson was able to quickly diagnose and repair my A/C system. He explained things thoroughly and took care of it expeditiously. 5-stars.
Erice did a great job with the seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system this fall. He cleaned and tested the whole system and prepped the furnace for the cooler months. We're ready for the winter cold!
Technician was professional and thorough; clearly explained systems, answered all questions knowledgably and provided excellent customer service.
Mario did a great job!!

Our experience with Bartlett has been amazing! Started with Holly who is so customer focused but crowning Jewel was Mitchell!!! He is an amazing technician! He was so thorough and knowledgeable! We had 4 units with lots of issues. He documented everything and explained it all. Stayed late to finish it until almost 8 PM. Thank you Mitchell!

Jason did our HVAC service and he was amazing! He went above and beyond for us, documenting everything and explaining everything thoroughly- making sure we understood every issue and why he recommended what he did. He takes pride in his work and I can't recommend him enough!
Mario bid great.
I have been using Bartlett for almost 30 years. I love working with a family business that has made me feel like an honorary Bartlett! The service is always top notch and I appreciate the support I get from them. Highly recommend!
Bo was excellent! Seeing I didn’t need a new filter he didn’t replace it and focused on something that needed attention.
Would give six stars if I could. They had the AC unit fixed within a couple hours after I called. Technician Willie was professional and very friendly. He answered all questions I had and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Many thanks to Bartlett! We were experiencing a problem with our heat on one of the coldest days of the year and they gave us an appointment the same day. Zach came to check it out and figured out the problem immediately. He fixed it quickly and was kind and professional. We so appreciate Zach’s help!
We have a 3 zone heating and cooling system. As the weather turned cold we found that zone 1 was not working. Zones 2 & 3 were fine. We checked the zone 1 thermostat and it was working so I called Bartlett. They came out the next day. Within 5 minutes of checking the system they found that the 'Zone Card' was…
We've been with Bartlett on an annual maintenance plan for years, and they've always been great folks and helped us keep our circa-2008 era HVAC functioning as well as could be expected. Last night, our 17 year old original blower motor finally failed. Jason came out today and was able to identify and rectify the…
Fast and efficient.
There is no doubt that Zach knew what he was doing. Gave us info on what needs to be repaired. Had his supervisor come by to look and offer a quote for a new system. Have not decided if to proceed as pricing is high and need to make decision.
Steven was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. found an extra filter in our supply system that should not have been there which was causing the error code in our system. very pleased with my service.
