Erice did a great job with the seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system this fall. He cleaned and tested the whole system and prepped the furnace for the cooler months. We're ready for the winter cold!
Blake came in and explained things in great detail and gave honest recommendations that made sense. At the end of the day we received a reasonable quote for things we knew needed to be done. More thank happy with our experience with Blake and Bartlett in general.
REALLY appreciate Willie coming by on short notice (and late in the afternoon) and handling this repair for me! SO appreciated!!!
The scheduled maintenance on my two AC units was outstanding as always. Bo did a thorough checkup on the units and replaced a weak capacitor on one unit. He also cleaned the drain lines and replaced the filters on both units. Bartlett employs the best people and has excellent service. I am adding to my last…
Everything was great except the price. I should have gotten estimates from other companies, but was ready to get it done so I signed before giving it enough thought. Almost $12k for a 2 ton unit installed. Everyone was very nice, they did a great job and I'm satisfied, except that after the fact I realized I…
Efficient and courteous; knowledgeable.
Mario bid great.
Evan was Exceptional in every way. He arrived within 2 hours of my call to Bartlett. Ran down two complex electrical issues, repaired them and got the system up and running.
Kenny did a great job installing my new HVAC system. He was very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.
We’ve used Bartlett for years for all things related to home heating and air maintenance. We’ve had thermostats installed, major ductwork performed, and HVAC units installed - in addition to regular home maintenance on our previous very old systems. They’ve been great to work with and the folks we’ve had come by are…
Excellent service call. Very efficient.

Have used Bartlett for 11 years and like the way the service maintenance keeps you ahead of many service issues.

Bartlett has been great to work with from replacing our old HVAC and doing our regular maintenance. Everyone that we have interacted with has been helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC service!

After 20+ years, it was time for a new HVAC system and the team from Bartlett Heating & cooling was very polite, professional, and very friendly throughout the whole process. They worked extremely hard installing the system in my crawl space, which is a very difficult area, and handled everything with skill and…
