Erice did a great job with the seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system this fall. He cleaned and tested the whole system and prepped the furnace for the cooler months. We're ready for the winter cold!
Blake came in and explained things in great detail and gave honest recommendations that made sense. At the end of the day we received a reasonable quote for things we knew needed to be done. More thank happy with our experience with Blake and Bartlett in general.
REALLY appreciate Willie coming by on short notice (and late in the afternoon) and handling this repair for me! SO appreciated!!!
The scheduled maintenance on my two AC units was outstanding as always. Bo did a thorough checkup on the units and replaced a weak capacitor on one unit. He also cleaned the drain lines and replaced the filters on both units. Bartlett employs the best people and has excellent service. I am adding to my last…
Everything was great except the price. I should have gotten estimates from other companies, but was ready to get it done so I signed before giving it enough thought. Almost $12k for a 2 ton unit installed. Everyone was very nice, they did a great job and I'm satisfied, except that after the fact I realized I…

Fabulous to work with! They remind/alert me when it is time for service and are very accommodating. Bo has been coming to service our house for years! And now Stephen! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
We’ve been using Bartlett for a few years and they have been great. They helped us extend our aging system for years longer than it would have been able otherwise and then put in a new complete HVAC system including new duct work last year. We love our now freezing master bed room to sleep in! Thanks Terence and team!
Update 4/4/25 - Tyler provided excellent service today for our maintenance visit. As always I highly recommend Bartlett if you have any HVAC needs. Update 10/16/24 - Bo came by on our 1st chilly day to do our maintenance and check our heating. As always he was awesome! Great guy to talk to and so meticulous about…
