Bartlett roofing was fantastic from the moment they did the inspection. Emily knows so much about the details of what is damaged on the roof and also options to make it better. The roofing crew was on time, knowledgeable and so protective of my property. I came home to a brand new roof and not one single piece of…
We got exceptional service from Bartlet Roofing. All the people were very friendly and helpful particularly our salesman. We had a minor issue that Bartlett worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. They go the extra mile to make sure things are done to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
Alex was great to work with. Thanks Alex you did a great job!
The employees were excellent to work with! They were very accommodating, and on time as scheduled. I highly recommend Bartlett Roofing!
After multiple incidents of losing shingles in high winds over the years where I live, I finally called upon Bartlett Roofing to completely replace my roof. I was given a very reasonable price quote that also included Duration shingles to guard against the high winds. I was given excellent preparation instructions…
I wouldn’t say this was the worst experience we’ve had, but it was certainly far from the best. The process started out very well, and our initial interactions gave us confidence in the company. Unfortunately, once the actual roof replacement began, the experience quickly turned into a series of frustrations and…
Alex took care of our needs the crew was very clean and professional while removing old roof.I would recommend Bartlett roofing to my friends and neighbors
Alex is the man. He was very professional and polite and knows his trade and got the job done with efficiency and accuracy
Bartlett has been great to work with and did a beautiful job on our new roof.
Great communication. Friendly team. FAST results! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us!
Very fast, attention to detail, went around and double checked everything after the workers were done. Appreciated that
I had a new roof installed with tear-off. I have absolutely no complaints. Crew did a good job of site cleanup and worked hard to get it completed quickly. Emily kept me well-informed throughout the process and made it easy for me. She was the one that originally informed me of a problem on my roof. Glad she…
Great crew. Fast and efficient. Great job cleaning up. Very professional.
We had some issues with the initial installation from the subcontractors. But the director of production, JD Eppert, and his crew, Dully, Jeff and Colin all came to southern California from Utah to withhold Bartlett's warranty and fix the problems. They were all friendly, professional and even after long days on the…
I'm thrilled with the roof repair service I received. The team's efficiency was impressive, completing the job in record time. Their attention to detail was also outstanding, ensuring that all nails were securely fastened, even in hard-to-reach areas. Severin Parker deserves special praise for handling the insurance…
Johnathan was the project manager who came to inspect our roof and quote the installation price. His attention to detail was outstanding. He gave us recommendations based on the style and shape of our roof. The roof was brought up to date and ventilation to the attic was increased making our house cooler. Bartlett…
Everyone I spoke with was very good at getting back to me quickly with answers to my many questions. Especially Jason our project manager and Alex our final inspector. Both the roofing crew and crew replacing our gutters showed up on time and worked quickly. Our new roof and gutters look great!
They were very detailed. The sales rep was friendly and made sure covered every detail. The work crew did an amazing job, and they did a thorough cleanup after. This is my second roof you have installed for me I. The last 3 years.
After doing an amazing job on my roof, Bartlett roofing replaced my parents roof and once again hit it out of the park! They are quick and professional and clean up thoroughly after the work is done. Jeremy was so knowledgeable and communicated so well throughout the entire process from the sell all the way to the…
Replaced my roof in two days. Competitive price and Dyaln and Ryder provided quick and effective customer service. Crew did not leave a mess and the job was done as planned. They helped me modify the contract to meet my needs.
Guys did fantastic, here at 7am and stayed until 9pm when the job was done... The roof looks great, I would recommend Bartlett Roofing to anyone needing a new roof... I have recommended multiple times and they are currently doing a roof for someone I told.
From Jason Spainhower, to the roofers, to Joshua Johnson, this was a great experience. The were all professional and respectful of my decisions and my property. I would highly recommend them
On time , on budget , clean , exalant service

If you need any roofing work done, save yourself the headache of shopping around and just call Bartlett Roofing. Our roof was over 20 years old, missing a ton of shingles, and desperately needed a full tear-off and replacement. We had cash ready to go, but finding a reliable contractor was a nightmare. We reached…
Kept me informed throughout the day of what to expect next. Cleaned up all their messes. Did a great job with no problems. Would recommend Bartlett Roofing for all your roof needs.
Fast, efficient and a thorough clean up. Entire roof replaced in 2 days!
We had a positive experience. Starting with the salesman to the guy who did the final inspection. The roofing crew worked fast and did a great job. They left our yard cleaner than they found it.
Ben Sorenson and the rest of the team at Bartlett Roofing were top notch throughout the entire process, helping my 90 year old mother feel comfortable and calm with all the activity. One day removal and application was really quite astounding. I was just up on the roof today, carefully checking over the work and…
Did a great job getting a beautiful roof replacement before we closed on the sell of our home that we have loved for years. The warranty is transferable to the new owners. And Sky, our sales rep, has been there helping us through the entire process.
Clean and knowledgeable people .They left the yard very clean. Top notch.
I unsuccessfully fought with my insurance for 2 years over wind damage to my house and detached garage. Emily at Bartlett Roofing took up the fight and had my claim approved in just a few weeks. She oversaw everything from dealing with the claim, helping choose materials and upgrades, to coordinating the…
The managers and sales folks were really nice but they didn't fix the leak! Lots of water was pouring onto our piano during the latest storm. They're quite hard to get a hold of too. (In fact, I'm hoping this review will spur them to contact me!)
Great experience working with Bartlett roofing. They helped us navigate an insurance claim, and then the process of getting our roof replaced was quick and smooth. Very happy with the end result.
Bartlett Roofing was great to work with. From Tyler helping us select our roof color and style to Josh project managing the install day of, we were always in the know as to what to expect. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up everything after they left. Josh came back as well double check everything…
Great crew, Great company, very professional !!!
Juan Velazquez was remarkable. He really made a difference with our insurance. Geo's crew was exceptional working on the roof and cleaning up afterwards. The next day QC and attention to a final cleanup sweep was much appreciated. In the roofing business the right people make a good company great. They were also able to add in gutter at a very good price.
Bartlett spent over a year working with me to get the insurance company to pay our roof claim. The roof was replaced exactly how they said it would be and is beautiful. They painted the exhaust and vent stacks black, which was not expected and adds a nice touch. On the day of install, my wife’s car wouldn’t start.…
Bartlett Roofing is a very professional and trustworthy company. The entire process, from the initial roof inspection to roof replacement took maybe about a month during which the salesperson expertly guided me through the process, took the charge in matters I was inexperienced with, and resolved all problems that…
Bartlett Roofing did an excellent job! They helped us deal with all the problems with our insurance company and made sure we got everything we needed. They were fast and efficient and clean up was great.
Don't ever work with this company. They took forever and lost all of our paperwork and pictures they were supposed to send to the insurance company. That cost us 6 months of wasted time. Then they put a new person on my case that had to redo everything. Stay far away from this company unless you want endless hassles and wasted time.
We recently had our roof replaced with Bartlett Roofing and had a great experience. We worked with Trevonn as our rep, and the company was able to work with our insurance and get our roof fully covered due to the wind damage and missing shingles. The roof looks great, we would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.
Amazing experience with this roofing company. Dalton was incredible through the entire process. He went above and beyond to help me through a difficult insurance claim. The crew that completed the job were efficient and professional. I love my new roof.
I’m very happy with Bartlett Roofing. They completed roofing my home in one day. All their personnel were extremely friendly and throughly completed the installation, clean up and inspection. I would without reservation recommend them.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Our roof repair that started in May 2022 is STILL not completed. Because the install wasn’t done correctly, we’ve had leaking which has caused quite a bit of damage. I’ve followed up multiple times for them to repair the damage {which should be their job, not mine} and I’ve had…
My new roof, replaced in March 2021, looks great, but my gutters were damaged by Bartlett installers during roof installation, not reattached, and downspouts left hanging off the house. A line of nails was driven into the roofing and on through the eaves, knocked out boards and looks unsightly. 4 different people…
The guys did a very good job on my roof. I want to mention for safety sake, to check your driveway for nails from the old roof removal that is done. I'm glad that I did because there were some nails and I avoided tire damage.
Emily was great to work with. She took care of everything.
Will hire Bartlett Roofing again if the need arises.
Very good people, very respectful and answered any questions and very easy to work with I highly recommend them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'm going to have them do gutters on my shop as well
Bartlett was great to work with from start to finish. They got more than they expected with my old house. Up to 5 layers of shake shingle in spots. Great work and love the new roof. I already recommend Bartlett to anyone who will listen. 👍❤️👍❤️
Bartlett Roofing recently installed new shingles on our roof. They were very professional, courteous and prompt. The job was completed quickly and clean up was excellent!
This is a great company, and I was glad that they were referred to me. Coleton was my sales representative. Coleton was very helpful after having forbids. He was the fourth one that came to my house and he is the only one out of all of them that told me I could use my insurance as a way to help pay for for my roof.…
Bartlett roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof, and they finished well ahead of schedule. I worked with Emily who made the process very simple, did not push any unnecessary upgrades, and was very responsive to any concerns or questions I had. I would highly recommend Bartlett for replacing your roof.
I am very pleased with the work that Bartlett Roofing recently did on my roof. They completed the project in one day and did a great job in cleaning up. I highly recommend that you give them your business.
From beginning to end, Bartlett Roofing has been incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! Our east-side neighbors above us even reported that they did a fantastic job up there (we are on a mountain, and the neighbors periodically peeked out their windows and watched what they were doing). They…
Don’t think twice, just call them. Professional and seamless. They do all the coordination with your insurance and you reap the rewards. We got a full roof replacement through their efforts. Our project manager Jonathan was top notch. Super responsive to any questions and made the process ridiculously comfortable…
Dylan with Bartlett Roofing was great to work with. He helped us get our roof replaced with our insurance company. He was very helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. We are very happy with our new roof and recommend working with Dylan and Bartlett Roofing.
These guys just subcontract out their work. The crew shows up and ripped my old gutters off (didn’t uninstall them) and just left them. They put three inch nails along the edge of my roof sticking out of the edge of the roof. When I contacted them about it they just came and cut the nails off instead of fixing it…
This company and Cosmo did a great job with evaluating the damage and working with our insurance company for a smooth replacement experience.
My experience has been very positive with Bartlett Roofing, Cosmo made the insurance claim process very easy, also followed up through the entire process, only paid my deductible and had my entire roof paid for! Thank you Cosmo and Bartlett Roofing. 🙌
They saved me from paying for a new roof. They helped me figure out my insurance coverage and then when it was time to install it was so fast. They are awesome!
Austin and the team at Bartlett Roofing were tremendous!! I believe we’d still have our old failing roof without them. They saw the need, answered our questions, and helped us successfully make an insurance claim for the weather damages. Austin was patient, helpful, and responsive. He and Bartlett delivered…
They were fast, friendly and professional! Scott Holt was absolutely amazing to work with, he contacted our insurance company for us and took care of all the paperwork. He followed up and was there all the way for us. They did a beautiful job! Highly recommended!
100% happy and satisfied customers! Bartlett Roofing did an excellent job on our very challenging roof replacement. Arick was our hero, guiding us through every step of the process with our insurance company and the installation. He was positive and helpful throughout, and made us feel really valued as customers.…
I appreciated their thoroughness in explaining the whole process. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect along the whole process.
First of all, I was assigned a project coordinator -- one Chance Weldon -- who served as principal contact for the project. Chance was very good to respond to questions and to advise about schedules and other details. In addition, the office staff were very helpful in clearing up questions as to the insurance…
My dads roof had missing shingles, loose pipes, and leaking going on. Kevin and Keaola from Bartlett worked with my dad through the whole process and got him a whole new roof. During installation, one of Bartlett’s quality control guys, Sean, fixed a pipe that kept falling through the roof, (had been doing so for…
They did an incredible job! Caitlyn was so helpful and informative! She helped with our roof install every step of the way. Sean did a great job overseeing things. The clean up was so good,it looked even better than before they started! I highly recommend Bartlett Roofing and their team!
Andrew and Justice didn’t pressure me into anything, and were very honest about the process. They let me take my time to talk through my concerns. The workers were very fast! My whole roof was ripped off and replaced in a day! Would definitely recommend them to others.
Mr. Chance and folks at Bartlett roofing did a great job on our roof. The process was easy and they are experts at bringing insurance into the payment process. The workmanship was great and their crews are knowledgeable, courteous and pay attention to deal.
They did a great job, had a few Loose pipes coming through the roof and they took the time to secure them.
Andrew was on top of everything and ensured that my roof was done right.
John and the team were fantastic! I would highly recommend them. My roof and shed look beautiful
Bartlett Roofing was a dream to work with. My roof was done quickly and looks wonderful.
Everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful and professional. They were responsive when we had questions or needed to reach out for anything. They inspected our roof and helped us successfully submit a claim through our insurance company. The final product is superb and they scoured our yard cleaning up…
Highly recommend. Honest, courteous, and professional company. Parker and Braden were excellent to work with, their honesty and integrity made it a pleasure to do business with them. The roofing crew and supervisor were also amazing.
Absolutely astounding company to work with. I highly recommend them.
Coleton was extremely helpful. He worked with my insurance company and coordinated everything through the whole process. Great experience.
Bartlett roofing did a stellar job with our roof replacement. We had a strong wind storm come through that damaged our roof and Coleton Thompson stopped by while he was in the area and offered to inspect it for free for us to see if it may be eligible for replacement through our insurance. Coleton was very…
Great Experience these guys handle everything and the roof looks great, highly recommended. とても良い仕事をしてくれました。お勧めします。
Chandlar S. Did a great job taking care of my house. He worked with the insurance so there was nothing more for me to do other then picking out the new roof.
I had a nice experience with Bartlett Roofing. A member of their staff noticed that i was missing a couple of shingles after a wind storm and repaired it for free. I got back in touch with them about replacing my roof and they walked me through the steps with my insurance company. When it came time for the removal…
We worked closely with Chandler Sheleby. He went above and beyond and helped us get our roof repaired. Thank you so much for all you did for us Chandler Sheleby you are so awesome! Chandlar S. organized our project, and he was persistent with the insurance company. I enjoyed working with him. He is professional and pleasant. I was quite comfortable asking him questions that came up. The crew was efficient and organized, and completed our beautiful new roof much faster than anticipated. It was a good experience.
Parker Massey was so amazing to work with! He helped me call my insurance and helped me thru the entire process. The roofers came out and killed the job so fast .. same day and cleaned up all the mess! I couldn’t be happier with anyone else! You have my businesses! Kudos to Parker for kindness, professionalism,…
Bartlett roofing was quick, easy to work with, and did a great job at replacing our roof that had been damaged from wind. Major helped me make a claim through my insurance and we only ended up paying our $1,000 deductible for the entire job! From start to finish the job only took half a day and a family member of…
Great service. Parker is a very professional guy. He helped me and everything was installed efficiently.
They put a new roof on my home last fall the roof that they installed is fine. However where they were lacking was on the tear off of the old roof and clean up. We have had several flat tires on cars and on the riding lawnmower from old roofing nails that we are finding all over the yard, Today I pulled another one…
There were a few bumps in the road in the beginning. Mostly due to one individual that the company has since replaced. They did everything they could to correct the issue once it was brought to their attention. ARICK is the man to deal with to get the job done right. I would use again.
Major Phillips was super helpful in guiding us through the process and he was very communicative. The crew that worked on our roof was friendly and seemed to work hard and efficiently. We had some issues (nails left in the yard, our snow melter being broken) but we called to let Major know and he had people come quickly to take care of these things.
The best roofing company! Great employees that communicate and give accurate information!
John is AMAZING!! Look no further! John came to our door and pointed out our roof damage. We hadn’t noticed, I never look up there. He worked with our insurance and made sure we had the best coverage and options available. He was extremely responsive and on top of getting the job done. His work ethic is top notch,…
We worked with Arick who negotiated with our Insurance and took great care of us while getting the roof replaced. We had tried to go with another company earlier last year, but that got stalled with our insurance, and we never made it very far. Bartlett came in after and followed up with us and our insurance until…
I knew I needed roof repair after the last major windstorm, but I did not know how to go about it or how to pay for it. Ashley Jonas knocked on my door and told me while repairing my neighbor's roof, they noticed a few shingles missing off my roof and offered a free evaluation of my roof. I agreed. Turns out my roof…
We worked with Chance and he was very helpful and got us a full roof replacement paid for by our insurance. Highly recommend working with him and Bartlett in general, they made the process very easy.
We worked with John Ingham.Amazing company would definitely contact for future repairs! We fought with a previous roof company for almost 3 years that did not do a great job which caused a lot of Unnecessary damage that they refused to repair. Bartlett roofing got everything approved through our insurance and…
Terrible experience with Bartlett roofing. I was told this would be a one day job and has now turned into a 3 month ordeal. First they said they would come in and do the job in one day. They had one single roofer come out on Saturday and Sunday morning from 7am-9am for 4 weekends in a row. He would climb my…
We worked with Kevin Anderson. He clearly explained the process and showed us why our roof had leaked; it was due to a big wind storm. We filed a claim and got approved! I had several other roofing companies come and give bids but he was the only one who thoroughly inspected my roof and found the damage that…
Bartlet roofing was great!! They were fast , did a excellent job and they cleaned up very thoroughly when they were finished. Tim Carlson was out sales person he was honest and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company. Very impressed
Bartlett Roofing redid the roof of our house and barn which suffered damage from a wind and hale storm. Tim Carlson oversaw the project and even came back after everything was finished to make sure things were completely cleaned up and everything was back to its original place! Thanks Tim and Bartlett Roofing for your excellent work!
They stuck with the insurance battle, and didn’t give up the fight. They’re hero’s as far as I’m concerned. This company really fought for me. And when the insurance company finally gave in, the roof was done FAST. Nice people. Quick and professional. Very pleased with the results .
Brett Townsend was great to work with! He followed up on a regular basis. He kept us informed. He was polite and considerate. Definitely recommend him and the company.
BO BO BO !!!! When my husband and I seen we needed a roof due to wind damage we had many options .. after speaking with Bo our minds were made up .. Bo responds quickly answers all our questions .. made sure this was an easy process as this is our first claim ever .. I don’t know who Bos boss is but I hope he sees…
Bartlett makes getting a new roof stress free and super easy! Conveniently, the same day I started calling other roofing companies for quotes, these guys walked up to my door, did a full roof inspection, and offered to help me get my roof redone through my insurance. I have been so impressed with Barlett Home and Roofing!! I knew we had damage from the wind, so I was beyond grateful when Eric stopped by to offer to inspect and show me all the damage on the roof. I had nothing but a good experience working with Chris Vastardis and Bartlett Roofing. They did an excellent job and I love the new roof. I will highly recommend Bartlett Roofing to all of my friends and family.
We are extremely pleased with our roof replacement. Having a 20+ year old roof was starting to show. They replaced it with high-quality, attractive shingles. The help we received from Mike Gay working with our insurance company was excellent. We only had to pay our deductible. Thank you Bartlett!!
Bartlett Homes re-did our entire roof after a huge wind storm last fall. We had several roofing companies knock on our door after that storm and I turned them all down, but I’m so glad we said yes to Bartlett! Chris V. was so helpful and patient with us in explaining all the details about the roof and making sure…
The team stayed on top of everything from start to finish. They had excellent communication and even tried to work around my schedule.
I was very impressed with how fast and professional Adrian and his crew were. They did everything when it came to starting a claim with my insurance they were right there the whole way with my claim adjuster. Everything went so smooth! I am honestly so impressed with this company. They completed a very in-depth inspection, helped me file the insurance claim for wind damage, walked me through the entire process. In addition, the person working my account was Dave Mower, and he was outstanding! He took care of every single thing and cared that the…
I had roof damage from the last windstorm. I worked with Kevin and Dusty. There were both awesome from start the finish. They worked with my insurance company to replace the whole roof. It took a bit longer than expected because of the number of roofs needing to be repaired. They keep me in the loop on when they…
