The employees were excellent to work with! They were very accommodating, and on time as scheduled. I highly recommend Bartlett Roofing!
I wouldn’t say this was the worst experience we’ve had, but it was certainly far from the best. The process started out very well, and our initial interactions gave us confidence in the company. Unfortunately, once the actual roof replacement began, the experience quickly turned into a series of frustrations and…
Josh and Sean fixed our apartment roof and it looks good and they did it fast thank you
Josh and Sean did an amazing job on our apartment roof. My husband and I appreciate your hard work and for future projects we hope to work with Josh and Sean always! Thank you! Also Thanks for doing it quickly so it doesn’t disturb our sleep.
Josh did a good jo. roof looks great and everything was clean and picked up afterwards. 6 star service
Very fast, attention to detail, went around and double checked everything after the workers were done. Appreciated that
We had some issues with the initial installation from the subcontractors. But the director of production, JD Eppert, and his crew, Dully, Jeff and Colin all came to southern California from Utah to withhold Bartlett's warranty and fix the problems. They were all friendly, professional and even after long days on the…
From Jason Spainhower, to the roofers, to Joshua Johnson, this was a great experience. The were all professional and respectful of my decisions and my property. I would highly recommend them
FROM START TO FINSH THUS WHOLE PROCESS WAS A BLESSING AND ONLY TOOK ONE DAY TO COMPLETE! GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AND THEY AILL WORK WITH YOU! GOD BLESSED THEM INTO MY LIFE! 🖤🙏🏾
Bartley Roofing did a great job reroofing our home 30 years old. The turnaround time was amazing basically one day came day two wrap up. They had to replace the decking on the north side of house 12,000 plus sf. The ridge line venting is great we noticed cooler conditions inside our house right away!! Recommend there services too all
Jeremy made it painless they went above and beyond what I was expecting definitely will refer this company
Awesome crew ! Polite hard working and cleaned up everything Great looking roof color
Ben as well as Alex did a great job of communicating and looking after our roof needs.
Gage was the rep that came out and gave us our roof evaluation. He was very kind and professional in his first week on the job, he explained the process of how we would be able to get the roof repaired through insurance and followed along with us during the whole project timeline. We love our new roof and the new color that it added to our house.
We were very pleased with how they came got right to work. Never quit all day, very hard workers and they sure take pride in their work. Looks so very nice we would Highly recommend them to anyone!
I unsuccessfully fought with my insurance for 2 years over wind damage to my house and detached garage. Emily at Bartlett Roofing took up the fight and had my claim approved in just a few weeks. She oversaw everything from dealing with the claim, helping choose materials and upgrades, to coordinating the…
Great experience overall from insurance claim through new roof being installed.
We recently had our roof replaced, and the company did an excellent job. The team was professional, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. The work was completed on time, and everything looks great. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend their services.
Quick service, good people!
This company is great the owner is awesome he was very helpful to me and my mom throughout the whole process of our roof replacement. They were super quick, it took less than 2 days to replace the entire roof for the house and detached garage. It also looks amazing, definitely recommend this company.
I thought they were outstanding from our first meeting with Ben Sorensen, to the completed project. Everything done on time, as promised, within bid and quality checked throughout.
They did a great job replacing my roof 👍👍👍, with great service, clean work, and finished in one day. They also have very nice employees. Very recommend if anyone wants to do any roof replacing or repairs👍👍👍
Very good service, and finished a perfect job for my roof
Roof installation was great, they seemed to be pretty busy and it took a few months to get things going but when they did it was a quick and well done job!
Great experience! Crew arrived as planned, worked hard all day, and did an excellent job. Roof looks great, and the site is nicely clean. All this after working tirelessly with our insurance for coverage! Considerate, excellent work, thank you!
4 days after my roof was completed I discovered the vent from the HVAC system had been damaged from the vent being moved around on the roof. The vent was completely broken and venting freely in to my home. My ceiling is also damaged from it being moved around so much. The second I discovered this (hidden in the…
Excellent service, very skilled worker’s and excellent communication through Ryder Witt, job foreman. 2 days to complete 100 square roof replacement on our home. Unbelievable!!!
The people at Bartlett took a project I'd been dreading and made it absolutely painless. Amazing experience all the way around! Jeremy in sales worked with my insurance to get the best settlement I could hope for. Their communication was great. The crew did great work - the roof was done in a day and looks great!…
The roof replacement was great and everything looks perfect. They were the only ones that could get my insurance to pay.
Great customer service from everyone involved — the salesman, the scheduler, The inspectors-and the roofing and gutter companies that were subcontracted. Everyone seemed competent, communicative, and quick to answer my questions. The roof was scheduled for 7:00 AM or shortly after, but the crew arrived at 6:55! How…
Very please and fast prompt and very easy to work with
Again a 100% let me add the work that was done
Bartlett did an excellent job. They replaced my roof in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
Rider and the crew that did the installation did a great job. They we're fast and very professional. Highly recommend!
Perfect work!! Our roof was wind-damaged, and our insurance wasn't going to honor their own contract. Several other roofing companies tried to work with them but gave up. Bartlett went to bat for us and secured a full roof replacement! Their work was quick, complete, and professional. THANK YOU!!
Bartlett Roofing was awesome to work with. Tyler was very involved and followed up with me every step of the way. Would highly recommend them.
Bartlett was great in working with my insurance company to get a new roof approved. Only had to pay my deductible. Once approved they were very timely in getting it done and the roofing crew did an excellent job.
Absolute great experience with Jeremy Keen at Bartlett, never had any issues and he explained everything very clearly and honestly. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs!
They were so helpful with the whole process, including working with the insurance company and they worked around our schedule with no complaints. The installation crew were all very friendly and unbelievably hard working. They finished our very large roof in one day and were immaculate in their cleanup.
Very impressed with Bartlett Roofing. Had a windstorm that tore some shingles off. From day one Bartlett worked with my homeowners insurance and fought for me to have my entire roof replaced. I feel if I chose another roofer, I would’ve ended up with a patch and would still need the roof replaced. I would highly…
Great to work with, did a great job. Finished quickly and efficiently.
The roofing crew that removed and replaced the shingles on our house was very efficient very clean and did an excellent workmanship! I am very pleased with the job they preformed.
Our home was impacted by a severe hailstorm last year. We noticed several of our neighbors had their roofs replaced before we made a call to have our roof checked. Bartlett was responsive and trustworthy. They took good pics of the impacts and explained to us the level of damage and options. Our insurance company…
I called Bartlett after seeing a couple of other jobs they had completed in my neighborhood. I was impressed with the look of the roofs (I am not a roof expert but they just looked like clean, well done work). They just wrapped up my roof last week. Beautiful work. Ben was a fantastic PM and worked very well with me…
Easy to work with, prompt, reliable, and high quality! Absolutely no complaints here and I’m so glad we got to work with Bartlett Roofing.
Bartlett roofing did a wonderful job replacing our roof. They were professional, efficient and easy to communicate with. The price was fair and they helped to navigate the insurance process. The finished product looks great! We would definitely recommend them, Emily Parker is the best!
This was a great experience. I’ve actually been in contact with someone (via door to door - a neighbor had their roof done) for a year when I first lost some shingles. They were very patient with my indecision and checked in periodically (with my permission). When it came time to pull the trigger, they helped me…
The managers and sales folks were really nice but they didn't fix the leak! Lots of water was pouring onto our piano during the latest storm. They're quite hard to get a hold of too. (In fact, I'm hoping this review will spur them to contact me!)
Ian in sales was great, the roofing crew was super quick and awesome, they did their best to be quiet when they started at 6am. They were able to knock out the roof all in a single day. Qulity has been great so far, and experience 10/10. I also went with new gutters, still pending install of those, but not…
They were there when they said they would be. They paid great detail to making sure the flower beds were covered to avoid damage to the plants. They paid special attention and time to cleaning up the yard from roofing materials and nails. They worked all day in 100 degrees weather. The roof looks awesome and our…
Great experience working with Bartlett roofing. They helped us navigate an insurance claim, and then the process of getting our roof replaced was quick and smooth. Very happy with the end result.
Bartlett Roofing was great to work with. From Tyler helping us select our roof color and style to Josh project managing the install day of, we were always in the know as to what to expect. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up everything after they left. Josh came back as well double check everything…
Juan Velazquez was remarkable. He really made a difference with our insurance. Geo's crew was exceptional working on the roof and cleaning up afterwards. The next day QC and attention to a final cleanup sweep was much appreciated. In the roofing business the right people make a good company great. They were also able to add in gutter at a very good price.
Bartlett Roofing is a very professional and trustworthy company. The entire process, from the initial roof inspection to roof replacement took maybe about a month during which the salesperson expertly guided me through the process, took the charge in matters I was inexperienced with, and resolved all problems that…
Bartlett Roofing did an excellent job! They helped us deal with all the problems with our insurance company and made sure we got everything we needed. They were fast and efficient and clean up was great.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Our roof repair that started in May 2022 is STILL not completed. Because the install wasn’t done correctly, we’ve had leaking which has caused quite a bit of damage. I’ve followed up multiple times for them to repair the damage {which should be their job, not mine} and I’ve had…
10 out of 10 would recommend and work with again. We had bids from 4 companies, and their price was competitive. But unlike the others they were very professional easy to work with. They made the process so much easier, and now we have a great looking roof. They even helped us find and manage an insurance claim.
Bartlett was very pleasant to work with. The installation was very well done. They did an excellent job cleaning up the yard and they even picked up some leaves I had piled up out there. Ian Dominguez was very helpful throughout the whole process. I’m very satisfied with the work and I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.
These guys just subcontract out their work. The crew shows up and ripped my old gutters off (didn’t uninstall them) and just left them. They put three inch nails along the edge of my roof sticking out of the edge of the roof. When I contacted them about it they just came and cut the nails off instead of fixing it…
My dads roof had missing shingles, loose pipes, and leaking going on. Kevin and Keaola from Bartlett worked with my dad through the whole process and got him a whole new roof. During installation, one of Bartlett’s quality control guys, Sean, fixed a pipe that kept falling through the roof, (had been doing so for…
They did a great job, had a few Loose pipes coming through the roof and they took the time to secure them.
Bartlett Roofing was a dream to work with. My roof was done quickly and looks wonderful.
Bartlett roofing did a stellar job with our roof replacement. We had a strong wind storm come through that damaged our roof and Coleton Thompson stopped by while he was in the area and offered to inspect it for free for us to see if it may be eligible for replacement through our insurance. Coleton was very…
Chandlar S. Did a great job taking care of my house. He worked with the insurance so there was nothing more for me to do other then picking out the new roof.
John is AMAZING!! Look no further! John came to our door and pointed out our roof damage. We hadn’t noticed, I never look up there. He worked with our insurance and made sure we had the best coverage and options available. He was extremely responsive and on top of getting the job done. His work ethic is top notch,…
We worked with John Ingham.Amazing company would definitely contact for future repairs! We fought with a previous roof company for almost 3 years that did not do a great job which caused a lot of Unnecessary damage that they refused to repair. Bartlett roofing got everything approved through our insurance and…
Terrible experience with Bartlett roofing. I was told this would be a one day job and has now turned into a 3 month ordeal. First they said they would come in and do the job in one day. They had one single roofer come out on Saturday and Sunday morning from 7am-9am for 4 weekends in a row. He would climb my…
Awesome company to work with! Tim Carlson made the whole process so easy and explained each step. We love how our roof looks!!
Bartlett Roofing redid the roof of our house and barn which suffered damage from a wind and hale storm. Tim Carlson oversaw the project and even came back after everything was finished to make sure things were completely cleaned up and everything was back to its original place! Thanks Tim and Bartlett Roofing for your excellent work!
Bartlett roofing did a great job! They were friendly, fast, and thorough. Adrian was great to work with and so friendly! I would highly recommend them.
I am honestly so impressed with this company. They completed a very in-depth inspection, helped me file the insurance claim for wind damage, walked me through the entire process. In addition, the person working my account was Dave Mower, and he was outstanding! He took care of every single thing and cared that the…
Bartlett Roofing did an excellent job in replacing my storm damaged roof. The crew was hard working, diligent, and professional. It was a pleasure working with Chris Vastardis, who guided me every step of the way in dealing with my insurance company, and who made sure that all costs were covered. He was very…
