They were very fast and efficient. Cleaned up everything after they were done. Will be using them again in the future!
Josh did high quality service, explained everything, left no mess behind. I will refer to my friends and family.
The employees were excellent to work with! They were very accommodating, and on time as scheduled. I highly recommend Bartlett Roofing!
Alex took care of our needs the crew was very clean and professional while removing old roof.I would recommend Bartlett roofing to my friends and neighbors
Absolutely the best experience ever. From Gabe Christie, who was in charge of the project, and Salvador and his exceptional crew. Their professionalism and the way they made sure everything was not just to my standards, but also the high standards THEY expected of themselves. I would not hesitate in recommending…
Bartlett Roofing did an amazing job with our full roof replacement. Josh was onsite with the roofers and kept us updated throughout the process.
Very fast, attention to detail, went around and double checked everything after the workers were done. Appreciated that
We had some issues with the initial installation from the subcontractors. But the director of production, JD Eppert, and his crew, Dully, Jeff and Colin all came to southern California from Utah to withhold Bartlett's warranty and fix the problems. They were all friendly, professional and even after long days on the…
They were very detailed. The sales rep was friendly and made sure covered every detail. The work crew did an amazing job, and they did a thorough cleanup after. This is my second roof you have installed for me I. The last 3 years.
Severin was a great help with going through the process to file a claim with the insurance company. He knows what you need to know. He made this possible. The roofers worked very hard and did a quality instalation which is an upgrade from what the roofing was. I highly recommend them!
After doing an amazing job on my roof, Bartlett roofing replaced my parents roof and once again hit it out of the park! They are quick and professional and clean up thoroughly after the work is done. Jeremy was so knowledgeable and communicated so well throughout the entire process from the sell all the way to the…
Good communication, attention to detail, fast work and excellent clean up
From Jason Spainhower, to the roofers, to Joshua Johnson, this was a great experience. The were all professional and respectful of my decisions and my property. I would highly recommend them
In Lehi, door to door salesmen must have a license to do so, AND EVEN THEN, they are not permitted to knock on doors that have no soliciting signs up. The salesperson who just came to my door couldn't produce the permit, ignored the sign, and persisted even after I told him multiple times I was not interested. Even…
From the start to finish, they were accommodating, communicative and professional.
Paddy, Keaola and their team with Bartlett Roofing are responsible for the sturdy beautiful renovation of my roof! Previously, I submitted a request to my insurance company for new shingles due to wind and water damage. They sadly denied my claim. Paddy and Keaola did not accept the unreasonable insurance denial.…
FROM START TO FINSH THUS WHOLE PROCESS WAS A BLESSING AND ONLY TOOK ONE DAY TO COMPLETE! GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AND THEY AILL WORK WITH YOU! GOD BLESSED THEM INTO MY LIFE! 🖤🙏🏾
Awesome service, Awesome follow-up,
Excellent work! Only tool them two days to do the roof. Super professional
Jeremy Kee was an amazing project manager; he was highly responsive and professional. From what I can tell my roof project was pretty complex due to it being an older home with additions and all sorts of special considerations and he and the team worked did a great job!
We had a positive experience. Starting with the salesman to the guy who did the final inspection. The roofing crew worked fast and did a great job. They left our yard cleaner than they found it.
Great Experience: Insurance prep, preplanning, great workers, great followup. Very Pleased.
We had a great experience with Bartlett Roofing from start to finish. Emily was super helpful getting things lined up and handled everything with our insurance company. I didn't believe them when they said they could do the complete tear off and replacement in one day, but they did it. Their quality was excellent…
Bartlett did a fantastic job with my roof replacement. From start to finish, everyone I worked with was great, provided me with all the information I needed, and was very helpful. And most of all, my roof looks great!!
Great assistance and service by Chris N. He helped us with every question we had and made the process easy and seamless. Would highly recommend using Bartlett Roofing to anyone.
The managers and sales folks were really nice but they didn't fix the leak! Lots of water was pouring onto our piano during the latest storm. They're quite hard to get a hold of too. (In fact, I'm hoping this review will spur them to contact me!)
Bartlett Roofing was great to work with. From Tyler helping us select our roof color and style to Josh project managing the install day of, we were always in the know as to what to expect. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up everything after they left. Josh came back as well double check everything…
Juan Velazquez was remarkable. He really made a difference with our insurance. Geo's crew was exceptional working on the roof and cleaning up afterwards. The next day QC and attention to a final cleanup sweep was much appreciated. In the roofing business the right people make a good company great. They were also able to add in gutter at a very good price.
We are so pleased with our new roof! Beautiful and a job well done. They were professional, efficient and were done in a day and a half. They cleaned up after themselves too. I highly recommend!
Bartlett Roofing is a very professional and trustworthy company. The entire process, from the initial roof inspection to roof replacement took maybe about a month during which the salesperson expertly guided me through the process, took the charge in matters I was inexperienced with, and resolved all problems that…
Bartlett Roofing did an excellent job! They helped us deal with all the problems with our insurance company and made sure we got everything we needed. They were fast and efficient and clean up was great.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Our roof repair that started in May 2022 is STILL not completed. Because the install wasn’t done correctly, we’ve had leaking which has caused quite a bit of damage. I’ve followed up multiple times for them to repair the damage {which should be their job, not mine} and I’ve had…
My new roof, replaced in March 2021, looks great, but my gutters were damaged by Bartlett installers during roof installation, not reattached, and downspouts left hanging off the house. A line of nails was driven into the roofing and on through the eaves, knocked out boards and looks unsightly. 4 different people…
The crew ther sent out to do the job were amazing! They tore off 3 layers of shingles, replaced 10 pieces of osb, roofed it and had it all cleaned up in 12 hrs.
10 out of 10 would recommend and work with again. We had bids from 4 companies, and their price was competitive. But unlike the others they were very professional easy to work with. They made the process so much easier, and now we have a great looking roof. They even helped us find and manage an insurance claim.
I recommed Bartlet roofing to anyone who values quality workmanship. They did an excellent job on my roof. Ian Dominguez and his crew were efficient and completted the roof in a timely matter. Beautiful job!
My experience with Bartlett has been top notch. Because of my one and only liason/contact with Bartlett, Bo Kimbal. I can't say enough positive comments about Bo, excellent communication with Bo, whether it be a question on my part or him keeping me informed. Bo was consistently great at communicating every step of…
Bartlett Roofing found me, I didn’t find them….boy am I grateful for that! Our house was nearing the age that it was going to be time to replace our roof. Upon inspection, damage was found, so then Dylan helped us file a claim. As we went through that process there were some hiccups. Dylan guided me and helped as I…
Will hire Bartlett Roofing again if the need arises.
Everything went excellent from beginning to end. Emily was extraordinary. She went over and above communicating with us and helping us communicate with our insurance company. The workers were pleasant- even singing while they worked. They were efficient and got the whole job done in one day. They cleaned up…
Bartlett was great to work with from start to finish. They got more than they expected with my old house. Up to 5 layers of shake shingle in spots. Great work and love the new roof. I already recommend Bartlett to anyone who will listen. 👍❤️👍❤️

Emily Parker walked me through the entire process and was amazing. She understands the entire process of dealing with the insurance to the roofing work. The entire company was great to work with. I strongly and have, recommended them. Thank you Emily and crew!
Bartlett roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof, and they finished well ahead of schedule. I worked with Emily who made the process very simple, did not push any unnecessary upgrades, and was very responsive to any concerns or questions I had. I would highly recommend Bartlett for replacing your roof.
They knocked on my door and I’m glad I answered. They helped me file a claim to get my roof new after a wind storm. Thanks Bartlett!!
Our roof replacement was done quickly, professionally, and with great expertise. We would whole heartedly recommend Bartlett Roofing. Emily Parker, the rep we worked with, could not have been more complete and personable.
From beginning to end, Bartlett Roofing has been incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! Our east-side neighbors above us even reported that they did a fantastic job up there (we are on a mountain, and the neighbors periodically peeked out their windows and watched what they were doing). They…
Bartlett did a fantastic job for us. They stayed on top of everything and made the process smooth and easy.
Don’t think twice, just call them. Professional and seamless. They do all the coordination with your insurance and you reap the rewards. We got a full roof replacement through their efforts. Our project manager Jonathan was top notch. Super responsive to any questions and made the process ridiculously comfortable…
Dylan with Bartlett Roofing was great to work with. He helped us get our roof replaced with our insurance company. He was very helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. We are very happy with our new roof and recommend working with Dylan and Bartlett Roofing.
Bartlett was very pleasant to work with. The installation was very well done. They did an excellent job cleaning up the yard and they even picked up some leaves I had piled up out there. Ian Dominguez was very helpful throughout the whole process. I’m very satisfied with the work and I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement.
They are great very professional and very understanding and easy to work with and very helpful I highly recommend them
Working with Bartlett was amazing. Specifically working with Caitlyn! She was so informative and helpful and was there from start to finish and made sure everything was perfect! I was amazed at how simple and easy the entire process was working with them.
This company and Cosmo did a great job with evaluating the damage and working with our insurance company for a smooth replacement experience.
Bartlett roofing was very helpful through the entire process, I recommend Cosmo as an inspector and Bartlett roofing for all your storm damage needs.
Great to work with. Cosmo was extremely helpful with communication, etc. A++++ Thank you!!
Austin and the team at Bartlett Roofing were tremendous!! I believe we’d still have our old failing roof without them. They saw the need, answered our questions, and helped us successfully make an insurance claim for the weather damages. Austin was patient, helpful, and responsive. He and Bartlett delivered…
100% happy and satisfied customers! Bartlett Roofing did an excellent job on our very challenging roof replacement. Arick was our hero, guiding us through every step of the process with our insurance company and the installation. He was positive and helpful throughout, and made us feel really valued as customers.…
Great experience with them! Justice was amazing with helping us work with our insurance after having some significant storm damage. The work was done in one day which was awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to replace their roof!
First of all, I was assigned a project coordinator -- one Chance Weldon -- who served as principal contact for the project. Chance was very good to respond to questions and to advise about schedules and other details. In addition, the office staff were very helpful in clearing up questions as to the insurance…
My dads roof had missing shingles, loose pipes, and leaking going on. Kevin and Keaola from Bartlett worked with my dad through the whole process and got him a whole new roof. During installation, one of Bartlett’s quality control guys, Sean, fixed a pipe that kept falling through the roof, (had been doing so for…
Andrew was on top of everything and ensured that my roof was done right.
Bartlett Roofing was a dream to work with. My roof was done quickly and looks wonderful.

Absolutely astounding company to work with. I highly recommend them.
Coleton was extremely helpful. He worked with my insurance company and coordinated everything through the whole process. Great experience.
Bartlett roofing did a stellar job with our roof replacement. We had a strong wind storm come through that damaged our roof and Coleton Thompson stopped by while he was in the area and offered to inspect it for free for us to see if it may be eligible for replacement through our insurance. Coleton was very…
Chandlar S. Did a great job taking care of my house. He worked with the insurance so there was nothing more for me to do other then picking out the new roof.
I had a nice experience with Bartlett Roofing. A member of their staff noticed that i was missing a couple of shingles after a wind storm and repaired it for free. I got back in touch with them about replacing my roof and they walked me through the steps with my insurance company. When it came time for the removal…

Bartlett roofing was quick, easy to work with, and did a great job at replacing our roof that had been damaged from wind. Major helped me make a claim through my insurance and we only ended up paying our $1,000 deductible for the entire job! From start to finish the job only took half a day and a family member of…
Chandler helped me get my whole roof replaced through my insurance and all I had to pay was my deductible. They did amazing work in a timely manner.
These guys did such quality work! I was so worried because of my solar panels. Justice and Andrew, the two great gentleman, that were helping me with get the new roof, assured me they’d done it before and it would be done without damage to the panels. Sure enough the new shingles look amazing and I think the…
There were a few bumps in the road in the beginning. Mostly due to one individual that the company has since replaced. They did everything they could to correct the issue once it was brought to their attention. ARICK is the man to deal with to get the job done right. I would use again.
Major Phillips was super helpful in guiding us through the process and he was very communicative. The crew that worked on our roof was friendly and seemed to work hard and efficiently. We had some issues (nails left in the yard, our snow melter being broken) but we called to let Major know and he had people come quickly to take care of these things.
The best roofing company! Great employees that communicate and give accurate information!
John is AMAZING!! Look no further! John came to our door and pointed out our roof damage. We hadn’t noticed, I never look up there. He worked with our insurance and made sure we had the best coverage and options available. He was extremely responsive and on top of getting the job done. His work ethic is top notch,…
We worked with Arick who negotiated with our Insurance and took great care of us while getting the roof replaced. We had tried to go with another company earlier last year, but that got stalled with our insurance, and we never made it very far. Bartlett came in after and followed up with us and our insurance until…
I knew I needed roof repair after the last major windstorm, but I did not know how to go about it or how to pay for it. Ashley Jonas knocked on my door and told me while repairing my neighbor's roof, they noticed a few shingles missing off my roof and offered a free evaluation of my roof. I agreed. Turns out my roof…
We worked with John Ingham.Amazing company would definitely contact for future repairs! We fought with a previous roof company for almost 3 years that did not do a great job which caused a lot of Unnecessary damage that they refused to repair. Bartlett roofing got everything approved through our insurance and…

They were very thorough in dealing with the insurance for us which made it stress free. The crew was fast and very tidy, no mess left behind. John and Bartlett Roofing were very responsive and…
Terrible experience with Bartlett roofing. I was told this would be a one day job and has now turned into a 3 month ordeal. First they said they would come in and do the job in one day. They had one single roofer come out on Saturday and Sunday morning from 7am-9am for 4 weekends in a row. He would climb my…
Bartlett Roofing redid the roof of our house and barn which suffered damage from a wind and hale storm. Tim Carlson oversaw the project and even came back after everything was finished to make sure things were completely cleaned up and everything was back to its original place! Thanks Tim and Bartlett Roofing for your excellent work!
These guys are absolutely THE best, down to earth people. They fought with my insurance to make sure I got what was needed. They even went out of their way to tarp my roof cause the insurance was taking for ever to come out and inspect the damages which ended cause a water leak inside my house. Hands down a straight…
BO BO BO !!!! When my husband and I seen we needed a roof due to wind damage we had many options .. after speaking with Bo our minds were made up .. Bo responds quickly answers all our questions .. made sure this was an easy process as this is our first claim ever .. I don’t know who Bos boss is but I hope he sees…
Bartlett makes getting a new roof stress free and super easy! I have been so impressed with Barlett Home and Roofing!! I knew we had damage from the wind, so I was beyond grateful when Eric stopped by to offer to inspect and show me all the damage on the roof. I had nothing but a good experience working with Chris Vastardis and Bartlett Roofing. They did an excellent job and I love the new roof. I will highly recommend Bartlett Roofing to all of my friends and family.
Bartlett Homes re-did our entire roof after a huge wind storm last fall. We had several roofing companies knock on our door after that storm and I turned them all down, but I’m so glad we said yes to Bartlett! Chris V. was so helpful and patient with us in explaining all the details about the roof and making sure…
After a big wind storm tore shingles off our roof, Bartlett Roofing came to the rescue. I was skeptical, but went ahead with them. The trust was well placed. Bo and his team are fantastic people to work with and are low-key, no-pressure folks. I even recommended them to my son, who used them as well.
I was very impressed with how fast and professional Adrian and his crew were. They did everything when it came to starting a claim with my insurance they were right there the whole way with my claim adjuster. Everything went so smooth! We worked with Timothy Carlson. He made this process so easy. He did everything to work with our home owners insurance to get our roof replaced due to storm damage. The whole process from filing the claim to having the roof installed and inspected was taken care of by him and was done in under a couple weeks (mostly…
We had a great experience working with Mike. I would readily recommend them of you need to replace your roof.
Dusty was our roofing specialist and he worked with us every step of the way. Due to the current back log of roofs needing to be repaired the process did take a little longer than expected. However Dusty kept us up to date and followed up from start to finish
I am honestly so impressed with this company. They completed a very in-depth inspection, helped me file the insurance claim for wind damage, walked me through the entire process. In addition, the person working my account was Dave Mower, and he was outstanding! He took care of every single thing and cared that the…
I had roof damage from the last windstorm. I worked with Kevin and Dusty. There were both awesome from start the finish. They worked with my insurance company to replace the whole roof. It took a bit longer than expected because of the number of roofs needing to be repaired. They keep me in the loop on when they…
Chris Vastardis was very professional and knowledgeable. After the wind storm he made myself and my wife feel better about the situation and we knew we would be ok. I will highly recommend Bartlett Roofing to my friends and family.
