These guys were AMAZING!!! Mercedes dealer wanted me to spend 25K and these guys did everything and more at 8K prolonging life of 2019 GLS450 with 80K mileage. Excellent customer service-a dream.

I dropped the car in the morning around 8 am , I told Drew I needed an inspection and oil change, and check the brakes. Drew called later and said the brakes has about a year left. I picked up the car after work. No problems.

Great Service, quick turnaround time. Always cordial, and straight forward. In the 5 years since I found Bay Diagnostics. Jordan and his team have completed repairs at a very reasonable price while providing the highest level of expertise and satisfaction.
