I dropped the car in the morning around 8 am , I told Drew I needed an inspection and oil change, and check the brakes. Drew called later and said the brakes has about a year left. I picked up the car after work. No problems.

Got my BMW X2 car serviced at this location. Was Time to replace my car battery. While replacing my battery notice that the negative cable wire with IBS sensor was corroded and needed to be replaced. Mr Drew took a picture of the cable and send it to me . It was really bad and was replaced as well. Now my car is running very well not hesitate/Delayed with start up. Thank you Drew and your mechanics for great work. I would recommend anyone to get their car serviced there.

I got car from carvana. This place and pepboys work with carvanas insurance. to have rear shocks replaced pepboys took 3 weeks and unable to do it but Drew here at bay diagnostics i told him the situation and he called silverrock dealt with them and got the shocks replaced and tested it within a few days. Drew has great communication skills explained everything and a great experiance. If possible work with they were great!
