Customers frequently praise the mobile mechanic for punctuality, fair upfront pricing, and clear communication regarding services like brake replacements, battery swaps, and pre-purchase inspections. Many highlight the convenience of on-site repairs and the provider's reliability, even during late-night or same-day requests. However, a small number of low-star reviews cite patterns of unresponsiveness to initial inquiries and alleged failures to return for completed or damaged work.

I had a great experience with this AdamMechanic PPI my Mdx Aspec 2026. The service was professional, thorough, and reliable from start to finish. He took the time to inspect the vehicle carefully and provided me with valuable information that helped me feel more confident about my purchase. Communication was excellent, and I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to answer my questions. I highly recommend their services to anyone planning to purchase a used vehicle. A pre-purchase inspection is definitely worth it, and this company made the process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely use them again in the future!
We do our best to provide the best pre purchase inspection! Thank you for your review.
Came next day for brake pads and rotors all around for my x3m. 100% recommended
