This place is absolutely amazing… a true rare gem! Honesty is the most important thing to me when it comes to a car shop, and Drew was honest, genuine, and incredible to work with. Always friendly and immediate response to a problem 👍🏼

Great customer service, excellent mechanical work, fair pricing, and a very clean shop. I normally lease a Mercedes-Benz every three years with a prepaid service contract to avoid dealing with outside mechanics. Because of COVID, I kept my 2020 C-Class and now own it. Since I don’t like Brooklyn Mercedes, I needed… Read full review

I recently had my car serviced at Bay Diagnostic and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the staff at Bay Diagnostic were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I can confidently say that I have found my go-to auto repair shop.

I would like to take a moment and thank the staff at bay diagnostics. It’s sometime hard finding a good loyal shop to take your car to. Before going here I was told a 100 different things were wrong with my 2013 smart car or was told sorry we don’t work on this type of car(lame). They were honest from the beginning,… Read full review

Totally satisfied with Bay Diagnostics ....very professional... explained what they did...kept me informed of what the problem was...recommend them highly...will use them definitely in the future.

Very Professional and Expert Knowledge. Totally exceeded all expectations. I brought in my Mercedes Benz GL due to a bad coolant leak. They told me that the turbo coolant tubes at lower front engine needed to replaced within minutes. Amazing diagnostic! Thank you Jordan and your entire team. Highly recommend this shop.

Very clean premises. Owners are straightforward and professional. I have always been satisfied with Bay Diagnostic’s competent service.

I found this business in the days when I needed to make a decision on whether or not I can make a week-long travel on my new car. The problem was a Check Engine light going on unexpectedly (I know nobody ever expect it to come on, but it's a brand new car with 50 miles on it) I needed to make sure everything is ok… Read full review

I’ve only had positive experiences, people are friendly, and professional. Service has been great in quality of work and in timeliness. Jordan and the receptionist take the time to explain everything about the repair being done as well as pricing.

Knowledgeable. Took care of my issue overnight. Would recommend.

Bay Diagnostic did a fantastic job on my 2010 Porsche Panamera 4S. Two other repair shops did not take the time to properly diagnose the issue with my car. The dealership provided a repair date that was weeks out and advised that I should stop driving the car. Jordan took my car in the very next day and a few days… Read full review

Trust worthy place to bring your vehicle

I'm updating my review from five years ago, just to reiterate the 5 stars. I have owned a 2005 LR3 that Bay Diagnostics helped me keep running long past its expiry date. Fantastic diagnostics - in one case, solving a problem the dealer was unable to solve - honest service, and when something wasn't worth doing, they… Read full review

Great experience very helpful and friendly

The bottom line is they are dependable and straight forward. They told me my options and are both (no b.s.), friendly and professional. Don’t get ripped off going elsewhere.

They always deliver reasonably priced, high quality service with a smile. Jordan and Keith are the best!!

Very professional, they’re specialists on European brands, also honest and direct.

Bay is the best. Nobody else touches my smart ForTwo. I have taken my smart to the M-word several times and M is put to shame by the supreme talent and professionalism of Bay. Bay responds to your requests. They want to do business with you. Extremely rare these days. Bay is old school, hard working and honest.… Read full review

Great service, pleased.

Took my Fiat Abarth here to have my tpms sensors replaced. I am paranoid when it comes to my car and I wanted to take it some place where I knew it was in good hands. I was quoted a 2 WEEK wait just for a DIAGNOSTIC appointment at the local Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Ram dealership. I was able to take it to Bay… Read full review

Repair was done at an overcost price. Engine light showed up again but will NOT take my car to Bay Diagnostic again to hear a check engine light diagnostic is $150. Cost will be deducted from charge if you decide to repair issue at their high cost.

Took my car there a few days ago. I left it overnight, they rang me in the morning with the diagnosis. They were very open and honest. I really appreciate you guys. Other places would have taken my money regardless. Thanks guys. The cost was $0 Bay diagnostic is the place to go!
