Bay Diagnostic

Same day service! Absolutely great customer service!

Great service, always friendly and professional. I’ve only been going here for 5+ years.

Needed urgent repairs and they not only diagnosed the whole vehicle correctly, but let me keep it there for a few days while I travelled internationally before starting work. My porsche 957 turbo s has never run so well. I would recommend anyone with a European make (as that is my experience, i’m sure that means… Read full review

Great customer service, excellent mechanical work, fair pricing, and a very clean shop. I normally lease a Mercedes-Benz every three years with a prepaid service contract to avoid dealing with outside mechanics. Because of COVID, I kept my 2020 C-Class and now own it. Since I don’t like Brooklyn Mercedes, I needed… Read full review

I had a great experience at Bay Diagnostics! Drew and Jordan were honest and straightforward. They communicated well. I dropped our car off early in the morning. They took my car in and completed the service we requested more quickly and efficiently than expected. I usually dread anything involving mechanics and… Read full review

Brake fluid change. It all was accurate, in polite manner, in time.

Great shop to bring your car. Quick service. Good communication

First of all shout out to Drew for delivering a friendly customer service! Went there for front rotor and brake pad replacement for my Audi A5 Sportback. I brought in my own parts and the price for replacement and labor was definitely fair. Drew gave me the ballpark estimate on the phone and no misleading price.… Read full review

I brought my 2015 BMW 320I for some major service Tune up, Rotor and Brake pads , oil change ECT and the communication and Professionalism by Drew was Exceptional

Great service from appointment set up to picking up vehicle. I brought in my 2016 f10 for an AC recharge. I was in an out within 2hrs. This place is honest in their pricing. I highly recommend Bay Diagnostics if you're looking to service your vehicle.

I had been going here for my Porsche for the last decade so far everytime is good experience.

Jordan and staff are always honest, always good and in 29 years we've never had any complaints. They are the best!

4th time customer now. One more visit and I'll qualify as a regular:) From oil changes, break service and few other fixes, Bay Diagnostic has become my go to place. See you guys in 3,000 miles :)

Great work done by honest people.

Car was vibrating. Made an appt online and they found the issue. They repaired it at a fair price and had it ready same day. Been going there for years.

If you own a Mercedes we have a 2008 E350 4matic and it still needs a little bit of work done but the work that they did was I mean awesome the car runs like new and I'm still ready to take it back to them for them to finish off the rest of the work that needs to be done they are very professional and very… Read full review

Once again the team at Bay Diagnostic delivered great quality work in servicing my brakes. Staff is always on point and hive recommendations where needed. Recommend this shop 100% to any new customer.

I use this service station because it follows the recommended service maintenance recommended by Honda. I know this will help prevent a breakdown while on the road and help maintain the resale value of my car.

Very clean premises. Owners are straightforward and professional. I have always been satisfied with Bay Diagnostic’s competent service.

I’ve only had positive experiences, people are friendly, and professional. Service has been great in quality of work and in timeliness. Jordan and the receptionist take the time to explain everything about the repair being done as well as pricing.

I'm a first time owner of a European vehicle. Jordan & Jaime walked me through the whole process .. I'm updating my review from five years ago, just to reiterate the 5 stars. I have owned a 2005 LR3 that Bay Diagnostics helped me keep running long past its expiry date. Fantastic diagnostics - in one case, solving a problem the dealer was unable to solve - honest service, and when something wasn't worth doing, they… Read full review

professional and courteous service. On the expensive side. But at least you get what you are paying for!

These guys really go above and beyond - they have my highest recommendation! Also, they do winter/summer tire storage, which is amazing.

They have great service in a timely fashion. i will definitely return

This is a top notch center providing outstanding service with original parts and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them if you require quality service for the vehicle that you care about!

They always deliver reasonably priced, high quality service with a smile. Jordan and Keith are the best!!

The guys here are great, had my oil changed and inspection done. Have used them before , brought them and issue , they looked at it, fixed it quickly and did not even charge me. Highly recommended.

The rotor on one of the rear wheels was completely worn out. Unfortunately mechanic couldn't find the reason for this failure but did a good job of replacing rotors and brakes for a reasonable price. Overall, it was good experience without hassle and delay.
