Bay Diagnostic

Amazing service ! I came for a break fluid flush for my 2020 BMW and they worked diligently and quick! I do Recommend making an appointment as they can become very busy very quick! Will definitely be coming back for all my routine maintenance

Great service, always friendly and professional. I’ve only been going here for 5+ years.

Great communication and customer service from Drew! Brought my car in to replace rear brakes/rotors, car was ready for pickup within 4 hours. I live in the neighborhood so it’s great to know there’s a reliable shop around. Would definitely come back for any future service.

Needed urgent repairs and they not only diagnosed the whole vehicle correctly, but let me keep it there for a few days while I travelled internationally before starting work. My porsche 957 turbo s has never run so well. I would recommend anyone with a European make (as that is my experience, i’m sure that means… Read full review

I have been going to Bay Diagnostics for close to 15 yrs. I have an outstanding professional relationship with Jordan. I have ALWAYS been treated fairly and honestly by Jordan & staff. Customer service top notch.

Professional Ownership! With a warranty!

2013 BMW X1. Somehow I had a cracked valve cover. They replaced many plastic, rubber parts that were touched by the escaping oil as well as spark plugs, injectors. The car rides like new. Not bad for ten years old. It may have been a pricey repair but if you have a BMW that's to be expected.

Great service, and great price!

If you own a Mercedes we have a 2008 E350 4matic and it still needs a little bit of work done but the work that they did was I mean awesome the car runs like new and I'm still ready to take it back to them for them to finish off the rest of the work that needs to be done they are very professional and very… Read full review

I use this service station because it follows the recommended service maintenance recommended by Honda. I know this will help prevent a breakdown while on the road and help maintain the resale value of my car.

I have been bringing my BMW here for more than 10 years. Jordan and his team are a pleasure to work with. My car is in great shape thanks to their knowledge and hard work. Thank you Bay Diagnostic!

I’ve only had positive experiences, people are friendly, and professional. Service has been great in quality of work and in timeliness. Jordan and the receptionist take the time to explain everything about the repair being done as well as pricing.

As new customer I researched this place and saw the positive Google reviews. I was able to book an appointment online. I called to confirm if they had night drop off and was pleased to find out they do. I left the key in the night drop and left a note for the technician on the dashboard. They contacted me… Read full review

professional and courteous service. On the expensive side. But at least you get what you are paying for!

These guys really go above and beyond - they have my highest recommendation! Also, they do winter/summer tire storage, which is amazing.

Keith was wonderful and straight forward. They don't mess around at Bay Diagnostic. He provided a couple of options for my ageing Audi A4 and an accurate, straightforward quote that was spot on. I will definitely go back when I need maintenance

The bottom line is they are dependable and straight forward. They told me my options and are both (no b.s.), friendly and professional. Don’t get ripped off going elsewhere.

They always deliver reasonably priced, high quality service with a smile. Jordan and Keith are the best!!

I’ve been doing car maintenance and repair of my Audi Q5 with Bay Diagnostic for some years now. I’m impressed by their high professionalism and very reasonable pricing, which doesn’t break the bank. Doing work on time makes it even better! I highly recommend this business. Thanks for the great work to Jordan and the staff!

After a few experiences of overpriced quotes and unnecessary proposed services, I called several places in Brooklyn and Bay diagnostic answered. They're professional, quick, no BS, and give you options. They are now my guys for anything automotive! I highly recommend them and will recommend them to anyone looking… Read full review

I drive a SmartCar so not a lot of shops will do routine repairs on it. They specialize in Smart, so I went there. Went there to fix my wipers. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Keith was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be transferring my business to there.

CALLED IF I CAN BRING CAR IN MORNING, TOLD THEM WHEN I GOT THERE THAT I HEARD A NOISE IN THE TIRE, STEERING WHEEL WAS VIBRATING A LITTLE AT 50 MPH. THEY CHECKED CAR CALLED ME UP AND EXPLAINED THAT THE BACK CALIBAR WAS STUCK ON THE BRAKE PAD WHICH COULD OF CAUSED A FIRE UNDER THE CAR. REPLACED THE REAR BRAKES,… Read full review

These guys are great. Every time I bring my vehicle in, Keith always takes good care of me. He does what he says he's going to do and the prices is always fair. Will always come back for all my repairs

I've used Bay Diagnostic for many years and several vehicles. They are always very professional and the service has been impeccable. This time I needed to get my brakes repaired before the next round of snow and the car was ready in a few hours. It's great to have trusted mechanics you can rely on.

Great place, great service. Very professional

Get service, brought my car to these guys because my dealership told me nonsense. These guys fixed the problem and I drove happy as ever!

This has been the best shop I've been to with staff that are very knowledgeable and with great customer service. I went in to replace the front brake pads and also to fix a vibration in the steering wheel. A mechanic named Fendi asked to take the car around (I was in of course) and he was spot on with the problem. I… Read full review

Car was making noise in rear, steering wheel shaking at 50mph. Brought car in, called me and said that brake caliber was stuck to brake. ABS sensor not working. Replaced with better products then was on the car. Did it in one day. Honest, prices? You pay for what you get. They give you a 1 year guarantee.
