Amazing service ! I came for a break fluid flush for my 2020 BMW and they worked diligently and quick! I do Recommend making an appointment as they can become very busy very quick! Will definitely be coming back for all my routine maintenance

Professional Ownership! With a warranty!

2013 BMW X1. Somehow I had a cracked valve cover. They replaced many plastic, rubber parts that were touched by the escaping oil as well as spark plugs, injectors. The car rides like new. Not bad for ten years old. It may have been a pricey repair but if you have a BMW that's to be expected.

Keith was wonderful and straight forward. They don't mess around at Bay Diagnostic. He provided a couple of options for my ageing Audi A4 and an accurate, straightforward quote that was spot on. I will definitely go back when I need maintenance

I drive a SmartCar so not a lot of shops will do routine repairs on it. They specialize in Smart, so I went there. Went there to fix my wipers. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Keith was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be transferring my business to there.

CALLED IF I CAN BRING CAR IN MORNING, TOLD THEM WHEN I GOT THERE THAT I HEARD A NOISE IN THE TIRE, STEERING WHEEL WAS VIBRATING A LITTLE AT 50 MPH. Car was making noise in rear, steering wheel shaking at 50mph. Brought car in, called me and said that brake caliber was stuck to brake. ABS sensor not working. Replaced with better products then was on the car. Did it in one day. Honest, prices? You pay for what you get. They give you a 1 year guarantee.
