I drove all the way from northern Queens and it was worth it! The gentlemen at Bay Diagnostic were friendly and the service was quick. I felt welcomed and I the service on my smart car was efficient and affordable. I will definitely be back!

Been going to Bay Diagnostic for several years. The crew are polite, attentive, explain in lay language what needs to be done and it's cost, the waiting area is clean. Icing on cake…the bathroom is spotless. I have recommended them to my friends.

Excellent and fast service. I have never been disappointed. My experience has been fantastic. The shop is extremely clean. Very nice and very informative staff. Jordan keeps in touch and follows up after the job is completed. They have my business forever.

Very Professional and Expert Knowledge. Totally exceeded all expectations. I brought in my Mercedes Benz GL due to a bad coolant leak. They told me that the turbo coolant tubes at lower front engine needed to replaced within minutes. Amazing diagnostic! Thank you Jordan and your entire team. Highly recommend this shop.

WATCH OUT THE WORST PLACE, THEY CAN'T WORK ON OR REPAIR YOUR CAR. THE CAR WAS NOT WORKING THE NEXT DDDDD DAY I BROUGHT IT BACK HOME. I PAID IN CASH. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE RECEIPTS FROM THEM....A NO GO PLACE.

I brought the car in for a routine maintenance. Friendly and professional staff. They kept me updated all the way and checked in after maintenance to make sure my car wasn’t having any issues.

The guys down at Bay diagnostic are great at what they do. They were able to help me diagnose the issue with my car and got it repaired quickly. All those with European cars I highly recommend them.

If you have a Smart Car and you're tired of the high prices and inconvenience of getting it serviced by Manhattan Mercedes, Bay Diagnostic is the better alternative. It's easily accessible from the Belt Parkway or Ocean Parkway, and the Q train is a few blocks away. Service is friendly with good communications about the work being done.

I drive a SmartCar so not a lot of shops will do routine repairs on it. They specialize in Smart, so I went there. Went there to fix my wipers. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Keith was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be transferring my business to there.

Fast and friendly! Took my Mini Countryman in because the check engine light was on. The staff diagnosed the problem, took care of it, and had my car ready to go before the end of the day. In the middle of a snowstorm no less.

Had gas smell and they chececked it out. Did not find anything and did not bother to charge. That's is why I have been going to Bay for years. You pay a bit more but the job is done right and they neither try to hoodwink you with work you do not need nor do they try to nickel and dime you. As was the case for me recently. A+
