Bay Diagnostic

I drove all the way from northern Queens and it was worth it! The gentlemen at Bay Diagnostic were friendly and the service was quick. I felt welcomed and I the service on my smart car was efficient and affordable. I will definitely be back!

Great service as usual!!!!

I have been going to Bay Diagnostics for close to 15 yrs. I have an outstanding professional relationship with Jordan. I have ALWAYS been treated fairly and honestly by Jordan & staff. You don't find too many honest & decent mechanics today. I've continued to go to Bay Diagnostics because I feel as though I'm not… Read full review

Jordan, the owner and all of his staff are very professional and accommodating aside from making the job well done with your vehicle needs. The place is clean and guaranteed that you will be satisfied how they take care of your vehicle. I'd been coming here since I started driving and it's been 7 years… Read full review

I had been going here for my Porsche for the last decade so far everytime is good experience.

I have been taking my cars to Bay Diagnostic for years, and they always do a great job at maintenance and repair. My most recent visit was just as pleasant, as Mike, one of the amazing staff members, arranged for my vehicle to be picked up after hours, due to my work schedule. I highly recommend Bay Diagnostic to… Read full review

Excellent Smart Car service. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent service professional workers

Highly recommended!! I’m very particular about servicing my cars and been going to Bay Diagnostics for years: first with my BMW 5 series and now with my Porsche Macan S. Very reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Worth the trip to southern Brooklyn. I’ll add that I now entrusted my daughter’s… Read full review

Been going to Bay Diagnostic for several years. The crew are polite, attentive, explain in lay language what needs to be done and it's cost, the waiting area is clean. Icing on cake…the bathroom is spotless. I have recommended them to my friends.

I went for general maintenance they did a great job— also helpful in answering my questions and teaching me about car maintenance. All the guys are very nice and the price is reasonable.Thank you Jordan 👍👍👍

Very pleased with the service and maintenance provided.Definitely will go back for my car maintenance and repair needs. Will recommend and refer Bay Diagnostic to others.

4th time customer now. One more visit and I'll qualify as a regular:) From oil changes, break service and few other fixes, Bay Diagnostic has become my go to place. See you guys in 3,000 miles :)

I have been using Bay Diagnostics for 30 years and 3 cars. They are totally honest; they have fine mechanics who do great work; the prices are very reasonable; the work is done quickly; they communicate well. Aside from that it’s always fun and interesting to speak with Jordan on just about any subject. This is an… Read full review

Excellent and fast service. I have never been disappointed. My experience has been fantastic. The shop is extremely clean. Very nice and very informative staff. Jordan keeps in touch and follows up after the job is completed. They have my business forever.

Good service. Mike is very attentive and helpful. My smart car is performing much better after being serviced. I would recommend this shop and will be returning for future services.

Once again the team at Bay Diagnostic delivered great quality work in servicing my brakes. Staff is always on point and hive recommendations where needed. Recommend this shop 100% to any new customer.

Excellent service

Very Professional and Expert Knowledge. Totally exceeded all expectations. I brought in my Mercedes Benz GL due to a bad coolant leak. They told me that the turbo coolant tubes at lower front engine needed to replaced within minutes. Amazing diagnostic! Thank you Jordan and your entire team. Highly recommend this shop.

I use this service station because it follows the recommended service maintenance recommended by Honda. I know this will help prevent a breakdown while on the road and help maintain the resale value of my car.

I have been bringing my BMW here for more than 10 years. Jordan and his team are a pleasure to work with. My car is in great shape thanks to their knowledge and hard work. Thank you Bay Diagnostic!

Very clean premises. Owners are straightforward and professional. I have always been satisfied with Bay Diagnostic’s competent service.

I’ve only had positive experiences, people are friendly, and professional. Service has been great in quality of work and in timeliness. Jordan and the receptionist take the time to explain everything about the repair being done as well as pricing.

So… I did not trust my dealership to service my Mini, pretty much my dealership wasted my time rather than being honest. I was unsure of going to Bay Diagnostics at first but, I brought my Mini Clubman in for an oil change and ask to take a look at noise in the front end whilst driving. They found the problem in a… Read full review

WATCH OUT THE WORST PLACE, THEY CAN'T WORK ON OR REPAIR YOUR CAR. THE CAR WAS NOT WORKING THE NEXT DDDDD DAY I BROUGHT IT BACK HOME. I PAID IN CASH. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE RECEIPTS FROM THEM....A NO GO PLACE.

This is definitely the go to place if you'd like to get overcharged and deal with a snubby and arrogant shop owner who really has no clue on how to communicate with people. Nothing but attitude from the shop owner. The shop may be clean, the mechanics may be very professional - yet the pricing and overall experience… Read full review

I brought the car in for a routine maintenance. Friendly and professional staff. They kept me updated all the way and checked in after maintenance to make sure my car wasn’t having any issues.

The guys down at Bay diagnostic are great at what they do. They were able to help me diagnose the issue with my car and got it repaired quickly. All those with European cars I highly recommend them.

Great service. On time delivery of vehicle and follow up reminders 🤙

Came in for routine maintenance and inspection. They took me in immediately and returned the car within a few hours. Everything went well, so I'm happy with the service!

Quickly diagnosed the issue with my Smart car, and had it repaired in hours. Very pleased!

Jordan and Co Preform excellent Service at a fair price Highly Recommended

These guys are great, best shop you can find in the city!

The best in the business! Brought in my 2018 Mazda 3 my mother bought for me to do a vehicle inspection and oil change as she tends to not do pre-purchase inspections on cars she buys. This is the first mechanic shop I've been to that actually test drives the car prior to putting it on a lift. Car needed a new front… Read full review

Trust worthy place to bring your vehicle

I like the place. Was professsional and my car was done as they promised.

Honest and reliable and quick service.

I'm updating my review from five years ago, just to reiterate the 5 stars. I have owned a 2005 LR3 that Bay Diagnostics helped me keep running long past its expiry date. Fantastic diagnostics - in one case, solving a problem the dealer was unable to solve - honest service, and when something wasn't worth doing, they… Read full review

I had a lot of problems on my car and they took care of it within 5 days! Everything is great definitely recommend!

The Bay Diagnostic team did an excellent job of identifying the issue with my car and having it fixed within 48 hours. They displayed a great level of professionalism. I'm definitely going to recommend them to my family and friends.

you've been greasing' my cars and I've been greasing' yur palms for over 40 years...keep it "rolling"

Keith was wonderful and straight forward. They don't mess around at Bay Diagnostic. He provided a couple of options for my ageing Audi A4 and an accurate, straightforward quote that was spot on. I will definitely go back when I need maintenance

This is a top notch center providing outstanding service with original parts and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them if you require quality service for the vehicle that you care about!

Bay Diagnostics was a pleasure to do business with. This establishment is very professional from beginning to end (setting an appointment to rolling out the door). This is THE MOST cleanest repair shop that I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. The manager, Keith, is such a delight and he is very communicative… Read full review

High quality work ! Quick and easy !

Had an awesome experience at my first visit. Keith and Jordan were very welcoming and made me felt at home. They have great stories to tell. They answered my questions and were very honest with me. I’ve been doing car maintenance and repair of my Audi Q5 with Bay Diagnostic for some years now. I’m impressed by their high professionalism and very reasonable pricing, which doesn’t break the bank. Doing work on time makes it even better! I highly recommend this business. Thanks for the great work to Jordan and the staff!

If you have a Smart Car and you're tired of the high prices and inconvenience of getting it serviced by Manhattan Mercedes, Bay Diagnostic is the better alternative. It's easily accessible from the Belt Parkway or Ocean Parkway, and the Q train is a few blocks away. Service is friendly with good communications about the work being done.

Always have a great experience at Bay Diagnostic, very professional and always great service

Honest. Caring. Personable.

After a few experiences of overpriced quotes and unnecessary proposed services, I called several places in Brooklyn and Bay diagnostic answered. They're professional, quick, no BS, and give you options. They are now my guys for anything automotive! I highly recommend them and will recommend them to anyone looking… Read full review

I drive a SmartCar so not a lot of shops will do routine repairs on it. They specialize in Smart, so I went there. Went there to fix my wipers. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Keith was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be transferring my business to there.

Bay diagnostic quickly troubleshoot the problem with my vehicle and fixed it beyond my satisfaction . They were professional and and finish the repairs in a timely basis . This team have truly shown excellence . Thank you .

Fast and friendly! Took my Mini Countryman in because the check engine light was on. The staff diagnosed the problem, took care of it, and had my car ready to go before the end of the day. In the middle of a snowstorm no less.

Had gas smell and they chececked it out. Did not find anything and did not bother to charge. That's is why I have been going to Bay for years. You pay a bit more but the job is done right and they neither try to hoodwink you with work you do not need nor do they try to nickel and dime you. As was the case for me recently. A+

The guys at Bay Diagnostic really do diagnose what's going on with my car - they're knowledgable, thorough and do great work. They're very responsive when I call and can usually fit me into the schedule in a way that works with my schedule.

I keep coming back to this shop because I know I will get fair, honest, thorough service. If you want a cheap, patch job go somewhere else. If you want a honest evaluation of your vehicle and want good quality service then I couldn't recommend a better place. I've been burned by other mechanics--key word 'other'… Read full review

Stuff are duper friendly and professional. They treat me and my vehicle like it's there own. This shop is great place to take care of your car in a timely manner. Jordan, the owner is terrific - one more time thank you!

Great service. Very professional! Everything that was intended to be repaired was truly repaired. I had a troubling situation from needing a entire engine replacement. I will certainly recommend people to Bay Diagnostic. The level of professionalism is amazing!!!🙂

This place was nice and clean, behind the counter, I dealt with Keith who was very friendly and helpful. However, I went there for a check engine light issue and an inspection. I had my car towed to Bay Diagnostic when I was having problems with my starter. They did not do any repairs until they had my authorization and… Read full review
