These guys were AMAZING!!! Mercedes dealer wanted me to spend 25K and these guys did everything and more at 8K prolonging life of 2019 GLS450 with 80K mileage. Excellent customer service-a dream.

I dropped the car in the morning around 8 am , I told Drew I needed an inspection and oil change, and check the brakes. Drew called later and said the brakes has about a year left. I picked up the car after work. No problems.

Been going to Bay Diagnostic for several years. The crew are polite, attentive, explain in lay language what needs to be done and it's cost, the waiting area is clean. Icing on cake…the bathroom is spotless. I have recommended them to my friends.

2013 BMW X1. Somehow I had a cracked valve cover. They replaced many plastic, rubber parts that were touched by the escaping oil as well as spark plugs, injectors. The car rides like new. Not bad for ten years old. It may have been a pricey repair but if you have a BMW that's to be expected.

Excellent and fast service. I have never been disappointed. My experience has been fantastic. The shop is extremely clean. Very nice and very informative staff. Jordan keeps in touch and follows up after the job is completed. They have my business forever.

These guys really go above and beyond - they have my highest recommendation! Also, they do winter/summer tire storage, which is amazing.

I received a job offer upstate, and needed snow tires for my smart car! Keith found the last 2 front tires in the US! They were in a warehouse in ohio. When I came in, I needed more services, and he fixed them in 5 hours. Speedy service, and goes the extra mile for his customers.

Inspection ( not listed) and oil change and did it in less than an hour!

If you have a Smart Car and you're tired of the high prices and inconvenience of getting it serviced by Manhattan Mercedes, Bay Diagnostic is the better alternative. It's easily accessible from the Belt Parkway or Ocean Parkway, and the Q train is a few blocks away. Service is friendly with good communications about the work being done.

Fast and friendly! Took my Mini Countryman in because the check engine light was on. The staff diagnosed the problem, took care of it, and had my car ready to go before the end of the day. In the middle of a snowstorm no less.

Great service. It is a bit pricey but you ge what you pay for. The repair was done timely and the customer service was great. I highly recommend this shop especially for foreign car owners. I have tried many shops before and they were not able to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle.

I had knocks in the transfer case while driving in my Porsche Cayenne S. The employee immediately identified a breakdown, because he has extensive experience in a Porsche dealership in Russia.
