Bay Diagnostic

These guys were AMAZING!!! Mercedes dealer wanted me to spend 25K and these guys did everything and more at 8K prolonging life of 2019 GLS450 with 80K mileage. Excellent customer service-a dream.

I dropped the car in the morning around 8 am , I told Drew I needed an inspection and oil change, and check the brakes. Drew called later and said the brakes has about a year left. I picked up the car after work. No problems.

Same day service! Absolutely great customer service!

Great service, always friendly and professional. I’ve only been going here for 5+ years.

Great customer service, excellent mechanical work, fair pricing, and a very clean shop. I normally lease a Mercedes-Benz every three years with a prepaid service contract to avoid dealing with outside mechanics. Because of COVID, I kept my 2020 C-Class and now own it. Since I don’t like Brooklyn Mercedes, I needed… Read full review

I have been taking my cars to Bay Diagnostic for years, and they always do a great job at maintenance and repair. My most recent visit was just as pleasant, as Mike, one of the amazing staff members, arranged for my vehicle to be picked up after hours, due to my work schedule. I highly recommend Bay Diagnostic to… Read full review

An honest place. Had my VW brakes done in June. Did not work properly due to faulty parts. With no hassle, for free, changed everything 4 months later. Great work done by honest people.

I am satisfied with the service provided! Very friendly staff. Explained to me everything they would do. They did an inspection and changed the oil. When the inspection was ready they called me. Dmitriy Konnikov

2013 BMW X1. Somehow I had a cracked valve cover. They replaced many plastic, rubber parts that were touched by the escaping oil as well as spark plugs, injectors. The car rides like new. Not bad for ten years old. It may have been a pricey repair but if you have a BMW that's to be expected.

Excellent and fast service. I have never been disappointed. My experience has been fantastic. The shop is extremely clean. Very nice and very informative staff. Jordan keeps in touch and follows up after the job is completed. They have my business forever.

I recently had my car serviced at Bay Diagnostic and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the staff at Bay Diagnostic were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I can confidently say that I have found my go-to auto repair shop.

Easy oil change , Mike helped me out great . Clean and nice place

This is my go to shop for my BMW. Service is excellent. Fast but good job. You get what you pay for, meaning it’s top notch work.

I highly recommend this spot for your car needs. I go here every time. They give you a call when your car is ready.

Quick, no nonsense experience. Left my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Electrical diagnostic was communicated to me via several phone calls. Overall happy and would recommend.

I use this service station because it follows the recommended service maintenance recommended by Honda. I know this will help prevent a breakdown while on the road and help maintain the resale value of my car.

I have been bringing my BMW here for more than 10 years. Jordan and his team are a pleasure to work with. My car is in great shape thanks to their knowledge and hard work. Thank you Bay Diagnostic!

Very clean premises. Owners are straightforward and professional. I have always been satisfied with Bay Diagnostic’s competent service.

I’ve only had positive experiences, people are friendly, and professional. Service has been great in quality of work and in timeliness. Jordan and the receptionist take the time to explain everything about the repair being done as well as pricing.

Best service in the world. They are super professionals .

Very clean place. Great client manners. Good price for oil change. They offer coffee, tea, cold water on a hot summer day. Recommend this place.

All work done in a timely manner and much more caring than going to the dealer

As new customer I researched this place and saw the positive Google reviews. I was able to book an appointment online. I called to confirm if they had night drop off and was pleased to find out they do. I left the key in the night drop and left a note for the technician on the dashboard. Great service. On time delivery of vehicle and follow up reminders 🤙

Came in for routine maintenance and inspection. They took me in immediately and returned the car within a few hours. Everything went well, so I'm happy with the service!

The best in the business! Brought in my 2018 Mazda 3 my mother bought for me to do a vehicle inspection and oil change as she tends to not do pre-purchase inspections on cars she buys. This is the first mechanic shop I've been to that actually test drives the car prior to putting it on a lift. Car needed a new front… Read full review

Amazing customer service. Sat down and went over all the details of my Jeep (my second love) The crew made me feel I was part of their family. My Jeep was ready the same day! The most important thing, my Jeep runs better than before. Thank you for making my experience incredible all around.

Always helpful and good to work with. Price is reasonable

I'm updating my review from five years ago, just to reiterate the 5 stars. I have owned a 2005 LR3 that Bay Diagnostics helped me keep running long past its expiry date. Very knowledgeable and professional. Made sure to let me know any other issues I had with my vehicle. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for repairs on there German vehicle.

Jordan and his team always take great care of my 2008 BMW 335i. Be it an oil change, inspection, battery replacement, radiator hose repair or replacing a fuel injector all of which were done over time by Jordan's top shelf mechanics on my vehicle. Highly recommend this establishment.

So took my car here cause I've had some shaking but really came to get my genesis walnut blasted. I've called about 30 places and all really specialized in German cars only. Finally called this place and Keith said he could help me out. Brought my car the next day and they did that services for me and did an oil… Read full review

professional and courteous service. On the expensive side. But at least you get what you are paying for!

These guys really go above and beyond - they have my highest recommendation! Also, they do winter/summer tire storage, which is amazing.

The Bay Diagnostic team did an excellent job of identifying the issue with my car and having it fixed within 48 hours. They displayed a great level of professionalism. I'm definitely going to recommend them to my family and friends.

As we know cause of COVID things has become difficult. Even when its short notice Bay Diagnostic always make me feel like a priority and take care of my vehicle without the hassle you get from dealerships. They don't pressure unnecessary work and they always help the best way possible. 💯 💪

Went in for an oil change. Nick and the others provided very quick service, friendly staff!

Keith was wonderful and straight forward. They don't mess around at Bay Diagnostic. He provided a couple of options for my ageing Audi A4 and an accurate, straightforward quote that was spot on. I will definitely go back when I need maintenance

Excellent service upfront guys and straight forward. Very entertaining as well !

I received a job offer upstate, and needed snow tires for my smart car! Keith found the last 2 front tires in the US! They were in a warehouse in ohio. When I came in, I needed more services, and he fixed them in 5 hours. Speedy service, and goes the extra mile for his customers.

They always deliver reasonably priced, high quality service with a smile. Jordan and Keith are the best!!

I went in for an oil change on a new car and was billed $175 for unnecessary add ins that I did not ask for.

The guys here are great, had my oil changed and inspection done. Have used them before , brought them and issue , they looked at it, fixed it quickly and did not even charge me. Highly recommended.

Had an awesome experience at my first visit. Keith and Jordan were very welcoming and made me felt at home. They have great stories to tell. They answered my questions and were very honest with me. Bay is the best. Nobody else touches my smart ForTwo. I have taken my smart to the M-word several times and M is put to shame by the supreme talent and professionalism of Bay. Inspection ( not listed) and oil change and did it in less than an hour!

If you have a Smart Car and you're tired of the high prices and inconvenience of getting it serviced by Manhattan Mercedes, Bay Diagnostic is the better alternative. It's easily accessible from the Belt Parkway or Ocean Parkway, and the Q train is a few blocks away. Service is friendly with good communications about the work being done.

It was easy to get an appointment. They were very friendly and professional and had my car ready in 2 hours.

Honest. Caring. Personable.

Fast and friendly! Took my Mini Countryman in because the check engine light was on. The staff diagnosed the problem, took care of it, and had my car ready to go before the end of the day. In the middle of a snowstorm no less.

The guys at Bay Diagnostic really do diagnose what's going on with my car - they're knowledgable, thorough and do great work. They're very responsive when I call and can usually fit me into the schedule in a way that works with my schedule.

These guys are great. Every time I bring my vehicle in, Keith always takes good care of me. He does what he says he's going to do and the prices is always fair. Will always come back for all my repairs

I keep coming back to this shop because I know I will get fair, honest, thorough service. If you want a cheap, patch job go somewhere else. If you want a honest evaluation of your vehicle and want good quality service then I couldn't recommend a better place. I've been burned by other mechanics--key word 'other'… Read full review

Such a pleasure to deal with true gentlemen in the neighborhood. Great job. Excellent service.

Brought my newly to me Porsche here and was looking for a permanent go to EU Shop. First called to schedule appointment, they sain unnecessary, just come. I will certainly recommend people to Bay Diagnostic. The level of professionalism is amazing!!!🙂

I had knocks in the transfer case while driving in my Porsche Cayenne S. The employee immediately identified a breakdown, because he has extensive experience in a Porsche dealership in Russia. Bey Diagnostic completed the job in just two days and I received my car two days earlier than they promised me. Very high quality and fast work.

The Guys at Bay Diagnostic are top notch. I will continue to service my car through them. Honesty and trust goes a long way in the auto repair business and I feel like they met all my standards. Truly first class! Thanks!

do not recommend this place, i went to for a pure car inspection, my car is only 6 years old and 20k mileage, same story as other customers such i read some reviews here: i was told the rare tires ' brake worn and i need new rotors and changed 4 tires, (i changed tires 2 years ago) it costed me close to $1300, (i… Read full review
