I was at Bay Diagnostic to install my winter tires. I was able to ship everything to the shop without any issues and had them installed there. They also provide tire storage for the season.

I received a job offer upstate, and needed snow tires for my smart car! Keith found the last 2 front tires in the US! They were in a warehouse in ohio. When I came in, I needed more services, and he fixed them in 5 hours. Speedy service, and goes the extra mile for his customers.

Bay Diagnostics does great work. They are thorough and always top notch.

I got referred here by a friend. I need to swap winter tire and store summer tires. it isn't easy to find a shop still provide this service. staff is friendly and let me ship the winter tire directly to them, saved me a lot of trouble. on the day of swap they are fast, clean, with good price. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Another professional visit. Straightforward winter tire mounting on wheels, balancing and installation on vehicle but done well. Storage of summer tires/wheels on-site. Great communication. Will be back in spring for full, annual service.
