I had been going here for my Porsche for the last decade so far everytime is good experience.

An honest place. Had my VW brakes done in June. Did not work properly due to faulty parts. With no hassle, for free, changed everything 4 months later. They also have a full time computer guy to deal with complexities of foreign and domestic cars. Not cheap. But you get what you pay for. Clean and nice… Read full review

As always, great value and great service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Been going to Bay Diagnostic for several years. The crew are polite, attentive, explain in lay language what needs to be done and it's cost, the waiting area is clean. Icing on cake…the bathroom is spotless. I have recommended them to my friends.

Would recommend them, highly effective and fast. Service was done in a short time frame.

have been using Bay Diagnostic for years and very happy with courteous and speedy service.

4th time customer now. One more visit and I'll qualify as a regular:) From oil changes, break service and few other fixes, Bay Diagnostic has become my go to place. See you guys in 3,000 miles :)

I recently had my car serviced at Bay Diagnostic and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the staff at Bay Diagnostic were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I can confidently say that I have found my go-to auto repair shop.

I have been bringing my BMW here for more than 10 years. Jordan and his team are a pleasure to work with. My car is in great shape thanks to their knowledge and hard work. Thank you Bay Diagnostic!

Very clean premises. Owners are straightforward and professional. I have always been satisfied with Bay Diagnostic’s competent service.

I found this business in the days when I needed to make a decision on whether or not I can make a week-long travel on my new car. The problem was a Check Engine light going on unexpectedly (I know nobody ever expect it to come on, but it's a brand new car with 50 miles on it) I needed to make sure everything is ok… Read full review

The easiest annual pit-stop you could make for your inspection. Thorough and reliable.

I’ve only had positive experiences, people are friendly, and professional. Service has been great in quality of work and in timeliness. Jordan and the receptionist take the time to explain everything about the repair being done as well as pricing.

Had my Tesla inspected here. Really quick and great people. Would recommend.

Been using Bay Diagnostics for several years. They always meet my expectations and do a great job with oil changes and inspections.
