We wanted something a little unusual- custom modifications- and Bay's people listened carefully, did good, prompt work, and were affordable.

Accounting was horrible to me. I was really shook up by the accident and they refused to return my calls. Very unprofessional and rude.

Very easy going and nice workers

Sal, Yusha, Mohammad were friendly, informative, and straightforward about pricing, what they can and cannot fix. I loved their direct, no frills communication style. Definitely helped to have my issue fixed asap.

Dropped in one day unannounced, mechanic took one look at the problem and gave an estimate later that day. I put down a deposit online, part arrived a few days later, installed a few days after that, total turnaround time a week. I had gone to another place nearby for a comparison that made me schedule the estimate and were gonna charge over twice as much.

So glad to have found this shop! Yusha is always so friendly and helpful, and the staff is great. They have been honest and reasonable with pricing, and I trust them. I happily recommend Bay’s to anyone looking for an autobody shop in the area.

They are extremely honest , give you a fair price and you can trust them. And they deliver quality work.

Awesome, communicative, affordable

I brought my car to Bays Auto for body damage, suspension, and window repair, three things I used to have to take to three different shops. Having it all handled in one place was fantastic. The front desk staff were super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, and they delivered my car exactly when they said they would.

Yusha and Sal are a pleasure to talk with throughout the entire process! We ran into a pillar with some pretty bad door damage and they empathized with our situation no questions asked. Bay’s body shop did such a great job with my Tesla when I was in a merge collision! Sal and Michelle were helpful. Communication with Sal, and the process with insurance was easy. Highly recommend, they treat you with empathy and are straighforward/transparent which I appreciated.

Wonderful service, great communication. Yusha and Moses took great care of me and will take great care of you. Other places told me my van would be with them for a week, they got it turned around same day once the part arrived. So happy we went with Bays.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. The mechanics are amazing, fair and extremely knowledgeable. Yusha at the front desk is a top notch professional able to multi-task like a breeze. Moses fixed my Alfa Romeo for a fraction of the competitor's bid and got it back to me in better condition than when I brought it in! 10 stars :)

Yusha is amazing at helping people navigate insurance and repair costs and really came through helping me while I got money together to get my rear bumper and tail light.
