Honest, affordable quality work with a smile, every time. I’ve been bringing my 2020 MB there for a few years — I’ve saved buckets of cash, don’t get pushed to do extra service to fatten their bottom line, and enjoy helping a local business, and its employees, thrive instead of some auto-dealer conglomerate.

I brought my car to Bays Auto for body damage, suspension, and window repair, three things I used to have to take to three different shops. Having it all handled in one place was fantastic. The front desk staff were super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process, and they delivered my car exactly when they said they would.

I’ve always had amazing service here. I’ve been coming for years for oil changes and any maintenance I need, and they’re consistently reliable and professional. Today I had an emergency when a metal rod got tangled in my tire, and they helped me right away and got it fixed immediately. I’m so grateful for their quick help!

I’ve been here several times for service regarding my 2001 truck. They’re fast, and beat their competitors prices by far. They’ve even helped me when I was in the midst of a diy and was in over my head. They also serviced my 1989 before my current “modern” truck. Highly recommend.
