I was being charged with reckless driving, facing a $920 fine, & 6 point reduction on my driving record. But none of that really compared because my main priority was saving my career & CDL license. This whole process took a long 17 months, with many court dates. Preliminary court date in front of the judge didn’t go my way but he made it clear that he believed that a court date in front of a jury can go my way & I trusted him & it was one of the best decisions of my life because he honestly saved my career. His knowledge, expertise, and public speaking skills is top notch for a lawyer. He made sure I was prepared for speaking as well in front of the judge & jury. I have an extremely busy work schedule working 70 hours a week & he went out of his way to meet with me in his office on a Sunday to make sure we were set, and that dedication is very important and not easy to find with other lawyers. I felt such a relief in that courtroom hearing that NOT GUILTY verdict, after what I felt & with evidence Attorney Bayer saw that I was definitely being overcharged for what had occurred. I would definitely recommend Attorney Bayer and his staff to anyone , one of the best decisions I have literally made in my life. Thank you for everything Attorney Bayer.
