Utah Mechanical Systems was a BBSI client through the Salt Lake City office. In May 2025 BBSI's recruiting branch placed a direct-hire sales candidate with us and invoiced $7,458.00 in recruiting charges ($7,000.00 placement fee, $350.00 card fee and $108.00 for background checks). BBSI's HR consultant had advised us to allow 90 days as a standard training period, as recorded in our email of July 13, 2025. The hire started on May 13, 2025 and his employment ended on July 14, 2025. On July 13 we asked in writing for a replacement. On July 14 BBSI replied that a 30-day guarantee "has passed" and offered only a passive search. We never located a signed agreement stating a 30-day term. In October 2025 BBSI again offered only to post the job on job boards. No replacement or refund was provided. A guarantee that ends at day 30 expires before the training period BBSI itself recommends.

Been calling for the last couple of days on a job. Called for a quite a few times today. Some went straight to voice mail within 30 seconds. Never been this disappointed in a temp service before. Don't know on what I did exactly. Been ignore a couple times in the past on a couple on searching. Makes me question on working for this place
I don't know how our business functioned without BBSI. Caitlin is amazing and we lean on her almost daily with various HR needs and important trainings. Carrie is amazing with our Payroll needs as well. The overall team is super professional and willing to help us however they can.
The best of all the places that I work with especially assisting on my app process this nice beautiful lady help me spead up the process in no time so amazing I was tired and needed to go home and she with nice customer service she gladly offer her help I would recommend her to anyone
