Carpet stretching crew of two arrived on time, immediately got to work, and did a great job. They were friendly and efficient.
Carpet cleaning crew arrived early, so were able to start right as the stretching were packing up. That duo were also friendly, efficient, knew what they were doing—left it looking good.

The scheduling process was extremely quick and easy, I loved being able to reach out via text and my carpet cleaning and they came out within 48hrs. The cleaners arrived on time, were professional and walked me through the steps as they competed the job. Very satisfied in regards to the process and customer service/professionalism. Pricing was competitive also.
My rating is based primarily on quality of work. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed at some of the remaining stains and darkened areas in higher traffic spots. There were some stains I did NOT expect to be cleared going into this, so I am not taking those into consideration. They did get out the larger ones I pointed out, but several smaller ones remained that I think should have come out, and I was disappointed by some visible darkened areas in higher traffic locations. There is a possibility this was purely the condition of our carpet so please take this review with a grain of salt if you are reading. I will say that everything smelled fresh for the most part. The carpet in one room had a musty smell but we used air purifiers and a dehumidifier and that had helped for the most part. Overall, very positive experience with the people but somewhat underwhelmed with the results.

Randy came out and provided an estimate to stretch the carpet for 3 rooms in the basement and he was very kind and patient on answering my questions during the discussion. When Randy finished explaining the process of the job, I scheduled an appointment and was very impressed with the work ethics of Nick and Zack when they performed the carpet stretching job. They were very efficient and cleaned up the areas of the 3 rooms after they were done stretching the carpet. I now have carpet that I will not be tripping over due to their excellent work skills. Thank you for a pleasant experience with your company and I will surely recommend their services to my friends and family members!

All were respectful of me and my home, all were educational when I asked questions, and everyone was very timely! Thanks to Jenny in the office for her attentiveness as well!
The only downside is now that the air ducts are clean I might have to scrub my whole house floor to ceiling to make everything else as clean as the vents! The amount of junk (and kids’ toys from previous owners!) that builds up in the system is a little horrifying. So glad I did this!
