Nathan was very kind, timely, and knowledgeable. He was able to come out same day (I got lucky that he wasn’t already booked). He was friendly and trustworthy. I do plan to call him the next time we need a repair. I recommend that you call him too.
So I have a refrigerator that freezes up & produces no ice. I thawed out the refrigerator so it could be fixed easily. Guy comes and tells me it just needs new drain tubes and some kind of foam to stop some air flow. Didnt diagnose anything, just straight to putting these pieces on. Guy wraps everything up & I paid the $250 he asked for. He left, waited and watched refrigerator freeze up again and still no ice. He came back out looked at refrigerator and said I needed to fix a little air leak, well I fixed it and it’s still froze up and ice. Called, left message, no call back. Terrible service.. nothing repaired. Just took money and didn’t care, is the filling I got from him. Have a nice day. Call someone else…

I really wanted to be able to write a good review but unfortunately our experience wasn’t good. We had him out a couple weeks back because our dryer wasn’t getting hot. He charged us $125 and then told us to go to Lowe’s to get a better outlet and replace it ourselves. We especially thought it was strange since we have a newer home (Built in 2018) and we purchased our dryer in 2021. We’ve never had an issue with any of our electrical work or the electrical socket for our dryer. We did as he said and went to Lowe’s to spend an additional $40 to replace the electrical socket to a higher voltage one and had them install it. The dryer worked for a time but within a couple weeks again it stopped heating. EXACT same problem. It would run just would blow cool air and never get warm.
He had to told us to give him a call if it stopped working within 30 days so we called him out to the house again. This time he said it was something different and charged us for a Fuse Kit. Somehow this visit was $20 more than the previous visit, within 30 days… when we asked why it was more this time for the same issue he told us he didn’t even charge us for labor, that $145 was the cost of the fuse. We paid the man and just told ourselves we would never use the company again. We tried him twice and he is such a kind man but we can’t afford to keep using this guy.
Then we received his invoice that has the fuse as well as LABOR at $90. So he did charge us labor. And to add further salt to the wound, we called another appliance company and it turns out had he of even looked he would have seen our dryer is under a five year manufacture’s warranty and the entire fuse would have been covered the entire time!
Very kind man and even got to us earlier than expected. I wanted to love this company. It truly pains me to write a bad review about such a nice guy but this was our experience. We also have a mess in our laundry room afterwards, however THAT I don’t mind cleaning up ourselves

My appt. Was at 2pm and Nathan called and was on time . He was very friendly and professional. His knowledge of Appliances was very good and made me feel very comfortable. He showed me the bad Pulley and had one on hand . My washer was fixed in 30 minutes. He is also very affordable also . Great service and would recommend him for sure !!!!
