My baby has been here for 2 years and I have no complaints! Everyone is respectful and polite and whenever I have any concerns they are quick to address them. All the teachers my child deals with are great and he’s always excited to see his friends!

Childcare was smooth for the first few months with nothing odd to note.
The first thing that really upset us was that they posted pictures and videos of our children without our knowledge or consent on their social media. After we brought this up, they asked us to fill out a picture release form that stated if we didn’t agree to it, we would not receive any pictures, including daily updates.
The second and last thing:
One day our child (Age 3) came home talking about how they had watched Jurassic park at school today. We asked the employees about it and they responded saying no they don’t put stuff like that on for the kids. We accepted this answer assuming that our son had maybe played dinosaurs with his friends and was just confused.
This happened 2 more times and the owner and staff continues to gaslight us into believing our kid was just confused.
This was brought up to the owner who insisted that we not talk to the teacher because it wasn’t “fair” to them. Whatever that means.
Fast forward 2 months later and my wife walks in to pick up our son and the entire class of 3-4 year old children is watching the original 1993 movie Jurassic Park in the middle of the scene where a dinosaur is eating someone.
Furious, my wife left and we immediately pulled our children out of this daycare.
Do not send your child here, they clearly do not either know enough about what the “teachers” are showing the kids. Or don’t care enough to monitor them.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re truly sorry for the frustration your family experienced, and we take this feedback seriously. We have taken concrete steps to correct what went wrong.
Photo/Video permissions: Our photo release through ProCare is an all-or-nothing permission. ProCare requires a single setting for each child, and if permission is not granted, the system prevents us from sending any pictures or videos (including daily photo updates). We explained this when the release was initially signed, but we understand how disappointing that can feel.
Classroom media/content: The classroom viewing of Jurassic Park was not aligned with our content guidelines for 3–4-year-olds. The teacher involved was reprimanded and met with leadership, and completed additional training on age-appropriate media, supervision, and communication with families. We also reinforced our policy with the entire staff, added extra spot checks, and tightened our approval process for any media shown in classrooms.
We care deeply about children’s safety, development, and your trust. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving and providing the best experience for our families. We wish you and your family the very best moving forward.
