I have a rental property in Bexley, and my tenant recently called saying she was getting bitten. After seeing all the outstanding 5-star reviews, I decided to call Bed Bug Exterminator Columbus. Even though it was late, Manson answered right away. He suggested having my tenant text him a picture of the bug first to…
The absolute best experience I've had hiring anyone period. Came same day from halfway across the state, was diligent and kind, and made sure the price was fair.
Manson was extremely helpful. He was able to act very quickly on our small issue. I waited a couple of weeks to post this review to ensure nothing else was ever found and I can confirm nothing ever was. He was thorough and took the time to educate me on preventative measures. Would absolute recommend.

Manson is very professional and respectful. He communicated with me through the texts since I am deaf. He made sure I understood everything. I appreciate the business with this company!
Immediately responded and gave me the best advice. He turned my panic to peace with his visit. If you got bed bugs, you found the right man to take care of it.
I highly highly recommend this company. We have had Manson come out to our home several times to do inspections for bed bugs, spray for insects and carpenter bees. Discovered evidence of bed bugs on thursday night. Manson was the only place that answered and was so understanding and helpful. had me take a picture of the evidence to confirm first and then came out by 10am the next day. he’s also a cool guy too, talked star wars and iron maiden.
Our guy Manson was very knowledgeable and willing to share not only insight into these pests but also some much needed reassurance to my wife and I. This has been a stressful time dealing with these bugs but I believe we see light at the end of the tunnel. Big thanks to Manson for his services.. we highly recommend him for your job.

Definitely cares about helping people and getting them to a place of peace in their households. 10/10 recommended!

I found a bug and called. Very quick to answer the phone. I sent a picture while on the phone with him and he was able to identify that it wasn't a bed bug.
