Review from Google · view on GoogleExcellent service. Definitely recommend giving this company a try. Valerie, the groomer is gentle with my girl Emmie (Shih Tzu), spends a few minutes with her talking to her, petting her, to make her feel comfortable and safe before she grooms her. Takes her time during the grooming process. She is knowledgeable of the breed and how they should be groomed. Sends texts updating her approximate time of arrival and when she’s on her way, She is a sweetie, very professional and courteous. Works very hard to make me happy. My Emmie adores her. Audrey, the owner responds quickly to your questions, scheduling appointments. Works hard to accommodate your scheduling needs.Pricing is reasonable and is based on breed and what you want done. A few of my neighbors are now using Befter after seeing my dog. Overall great service, great team! Emmie and I are very happy. Thanks Befter!
