The service representative came and heard our problem and quickly knew that it wasn’t a problem with heat pump but with thermostat. He also knew that a setting of 35 degrees was limiting the heat pump from coming on. He reset the settings to a setting of 0 degrees and we were good again.

A/C Inspection very good. Kind of disappointed with cleaning of the air system as they did not clean the a/c coil as they were supposed to do. For $1800 the job should have been complete.
