I can say without a doubt that Jonathan, the service technician from Bell Bros, was one of the most professional and knowledgeable service technicians I have ever had at my house. Bell Bros is now my go to company for all my A/C, heating, electrical, and plumbing needs.

Paulo was prompt and polite and was able to diagnose the issue with my a/c unit quickly. He also did a great job of explaining the issue to me so I understood exactly what we were dealing with. Ultimately he had the replacement parts needed on his truck and my a/c unit was back working within an hour!

Antoine was super kind, fast and professional. He did a great job of talking me through the issue with our AC and showing me pictures to support.

Super knowledgeable and very efficient, had our problem diagnosed and parts ordered in no time.

Very transparent showing us the condition on his meter of our A/C unit. Explained what the readings indicated. He did not push any temporary fixes.

Jodi was great and…All technicians are very nice and helpful. I feel like we are prepared for the next season after they come out and check our equipment. They never try to sell me anything I don’t need.

AC quit during 103-degree heat. I called several AC companies but only Bell Bros found a tech guy to svc my AC that hot afternoon. Price was really affordable (!) and Danny, the tech, was great. All fixed. Cool air again. I’m a Bell Bros fan from now on!
