This is a new post on 10/14/2025, so I am overwriting the most recent one. Jordan S performed a plumbing inspection of my home. Ryan Vertrees did an excellent job! He kept us informed of his status; he was friendly; and, if he had arrived 10 minutes earlier, he would have given us a 'good deed for free' helping us unload my van after my wife did our monthly shopping. 07/02/25 - Zack Jiles did the usual excellent job that Bell Brothers is… Read full review

Antoine was super kind, fast and professional. He did a great job of talking me through the issue with our AC and showing me pictures to support.

Super knowledgeable and very efficient, had our problem diagnosed and parts ordered in no time.

Very transparent showing us the condition on his meter of our A/C unit. Explained what the readings indicated. He did not push any temporary fixes.

Jodi was great and…All technicians are very nice and helpful. I feel like we are prepared for the next season after they come out and check our equipment. They never try to sell me anything I don’t need.

Our AC stopped cooling and they were able to come out the same day and fixed it quickly. Thank you Joseph with Bell Brothers

AC quit during 103-degree heat. I called several AC companies but only Bell Bros found a tech guy to svc my AC that hot afternoon. Price was really affordable (!) and Danny, the tech, was great. All fixed. Cool air again. I’m a Bell Bros fan from now on!

I've received service from Bell Bros for around 15 years and intend to continue with this outstanding business for the foreseeable future.

My mom is on a fixed income and her AC quit working last summer I didn’t want her to be overheated again this summer so I told her I’d get it fixed for her so I had these guys come and take a look the tech they sent was great however the quoted pricing was mind blowing expensive! $3000.00 expensive! so I had a… Read full review

They lied to us. Charged us for a diagnostic fee, told us it failed and quoted an entire new system for $33k. We had another local company come and they were able to fix the problem quickly for less than $300. People need to know that Bell Bros is not honest.

Scott Hamilton was our technician and he did an excellent job of being thorough and explaing everything he was doing and what the possibilities were

Austin diagnosed the A/C issue, clearly explained it to me, and fixed it with no muss, no fuss. Additionally, he was polite, on time, and put on shoe covers before he came inside the house (sounds like a small thing, but a considerate act that I appreciated). I've been pleased in all my interactions with Bell Brothers.

I have been using Bell Brothers for my HVAC needs for over 10 years. they are always courteous and knowledgeable. Usually it is only for maintenance. This time my AC went out on a Thursday evening. Great experience with Bell Brothers. They were the only HVAC company willing to come out on a Sunday to fix my broken AC, and they didn't charge me extra for coming out on a weekend. A/C repair; not blowing cool air Antoine was very professional, found the issue fast, and explained in detail.

Joey was very attentive and explained everything very clearly. I appreciate it!! I would definitely recommend him anytime.

Great technicians but rather pricy.

First time using Bell Bros. William was professional, educational, and all around provided a positive experience. Highly recommend them based on this first experience

The AC stopped working (the fan of the HVAC unit wasn’t spinning anymore). Bell Brother sent a guy that did a diagnostic and said the capacitor broke, which caused the motor to break, and said there are “signs” the motor has oil leaks. Didn’t really see an oil leak, but the guy quoted a $10,000 cost. Said they would… Read full review

Bell Bros. tech Richard Munoz was brisk, friendly, and efficient, getting our A/C going again before the day heated up, and recommending further duct work in the future. No complaints.

I am rating my technician only. Not the company.

Andre was very professional. I especially appreciated that he showed me pictures and videos during the process of the fixes he was doing. It all seemed to make sense.

Mark and David did excellent work. On time, attention to detail and completed the job earlier than anticipated. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experiences with their HVAC technicians and assistance. Their membership is a great deal. The one plumber I had out to discuss their only whole-home filtration option was just a salesman, and did not understand plumbing, or the physical or scientific information behind water filtration. Not impressed with… Read full review

Joey O. was very friendly, courteous & helpful. He explained in detail & showed me where my refrigerant was leaking in the coils of my furnace. He then suggested I get an estimate with different alternatives to make the best decisionmoving forward. This visit was $0 because it was just locating the leak by looking for dye.

We were having issues with the Smart Vent from Beutler and decided to call Bell Brothers. They were out within 48 hours without a "premium" service charge. They arrived as stated. Got the Smart Vent working. Kept everything clean. They use booties to enter the house to ensure that they do not track any dirt in as well. Fantastic service company.

Elijah was an excellent representative for Bell Brothers. He took his time to do the maintenance on my HVAC system. I knew of the membership program and joined due to his work. He did recommend a hard start unit for my 10 year old system and did a good job of installation.

Micah was courteous, clean and explained each step in detail and the importance of each. He took multiple pics and showed me and explained again what he was looking for and how it should be to be efficient. Knowledgeable and polite technician

They came on time and repaired as promised. Only thing I don’t like is how Bell Brothers always tries to up sell for additional work. Otherwise they are great. 👍

Bell Bros crew were on time and professional. They introduced themselves and went right to work. They described the work they were performing and made sure up to date on their progress. I was very satisfied with their timeline and hard work. These guys were great!!! A full attic HVAC install in 1.5 days is… Read full review
