Paulo was prompt and polite and was able to diagnose the issue with my a/c unit quickly. He also did a great job of explaining the issue to me so I understood exactly what we were dealing with. Super knowledgeable and very efficient, had our problem diagnosed and parts ordered in no time.

Very transparent showing us the condition on his meter of our A/C unit. Explained what the readings indicated. He did not push any temporary fixes.

Jodi was great and…All technicians are very nice and helpful. I feel like we are prepared for the next season after they come out and check our equipment. They never try to sell me anything I don’t need.

They lied to us. Charged us for a diagnostic fee, told us it failed and quoted an entire new system for $33k. We had another local company come and they were able to fix the problem quickly for less than $300. People need to know that Bell Bros is not honest.

He then suggested I get an estimate with different alternatives to make the best decisionmoving forward. This visit was $0 because it was just locating the leak by looking for dye.

Very pleased with the work done to install new window replacements. Was here on time and finished 6 windows in 4 hours! Amazing. As you can see, I have had a lot done over a period of time (from 2018 to present). I am thoroughly satisfied with all the work that has been done and would recommend Bell Brothers to everyone.

We were having issues with the Smart Vent from Beutler and decided to call Bell Brothers. They were out within 48 hours without a "premium" service charge. They arrived as stated. Got the Smart Vent working. Kept everything clean. They use booties to enter the house to ensure that they do not track any dirt in as well. Fantastic service company.

Elijah was an excellent representative for Bell Brothers. He took his time to do the maintenance on my HVAC system. I knew of the membership program and joined due to his work. He did recommend a hard start unit for my 10 year old system and did a good job of installation.

Micah was courteous, clean and explained each step in detail and the importance of each. He took multiple pics and showed me and explained again what he was looking for and how it should be to be efficient. Knowledgeable and polite technician

I called Bell Brothers with my air conditioner not working properly. I was scheduled the same day with the technician coming to my residence within reasonable time.
