Bjay was professional. He shared pictures of the system, as this was the heating unit’s annual service. He explained some optional upgrades for the unit, breaking down prices for each.

He was so quick ! Polite , friendly and even asked if we wanted to keep the miscellaneous things he pulled from my kiddos drain lol 😂. I would book specifically for him every time !

Manual replaced 2 water pressure regulators and 4 water valves. Manual gets high grades in all areas.

Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, did a great job. $432 for finding out the claw tub valves were jammed seems a little high. The work done was professional, the cost for an hours work is too much!

The technician Bell Bros sent was great, however the quote to replace a kitchen faucet for my elderly in-laws was outrageous at >$1000. Called another plumbing service who did it for $300. I have used previously used Bell Bros for my own home, but will not use them again and cancelled my Bell Bros rewards membership.

Bell Brother technicians are always clean, polite and explains all their findings and repairs.

We were having a washing machine installed and found that the water shutoff valves needed to be replaced. Eduardo was able to come out the day before the delivery and perform this task. He kept the work area clean and completed the repair quickly. Eduardo is friendly and knowledgable.

Eduardo is always knowledgeable, hardworking and efficient. I use Bell Brothers often and have never had a bad experience.

Elija was excellent at doing the AC tune-up and inspecting our AC unit and heating and AC equipment in our attic. He made some future recommendations which we'll consider after our next call. It was a reasonably priced proposition to sign up for the annual plan. I highly recommend Bell Bros for your Heating, AC, and plumbing needs.

Eduardo Luna was prompt, professional, very polite & explained the issue with my kitchen sink. He fixed it in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend Mr. Luna I was also able to use a coupon from their website.

Great first response via telephone contact. This was a little turned off by the digital operator, even though it was very professition. Second Gabe was extremely helpful is resolving my plumbing problem. He was fast and effective.

Quick service, scheduled Monday at 8pm and had plumber on-site Tuesday at 8am. Scott was personable, knowledgeable and completed all tasks I had requested. Will definitely use Bell Bros again.

They came quickly and fixed the problem effectively. Serge was fantastic. Not cheap, but not obscenely expensive - and you absolutely get what you pay for! Recommended with enthusiasm.

Kalie, our technician, was the absolute best! She went over pricing and service options available, took photos, serviced our areas of concern and reviewed what she did. Advice on a leaking sink. We have one of those touch sensor faucets. Unfortunately it's leaking and it obviously needs replaced. Of course it requires a great amount of money for one faucet. Excellent Immediately diagnosed it was a clogged filter. Cleaned it as well as as other bathroom faucets. In and out in 15 minutes.

Eddie is a fantastic plumber! We've had him do plumbing work two times in the last few years and he's just exceptional. He's so thorough with his repairs. Request Eddie at Bell Brothers if you can. The job will be done right.
