They lied to us. Charged us for a diagnostic fee, told us it failed and quoted an entire new system for $33k. We had another local company come and they were able to fix the problem quickly for less than $300. People need to know that Bell Bros is not honest.

We had a full system installed about five years ago from Bell Brothers and was very pleased with the final result unfortunately, we had a problem about five years in and they were very kind came out diagnosed the problem. I can’t share much. The technician Mr Schultz arrived on time but when I showed him problem that I was experiencing it had quit. It was a busy day for them, but they did show up and Hey did find the problem and will order the part and fix the system. The parts to do the repairs were very expensive not that Bell Brothers is charging the price that it cost for them to buy. It doesn’t seem overpriced but necessary.

Danny did a great job. He fixed a problem that was very difficult to find. He made an effort to get to our home early in the morning when the problem occurred (strange but true). He listened to us , was courtious and relentless in finding a hidden problem. The cost was covered under our warranty.

Ryan was great. Quickly diagnosed the A/C problem. Installed a new condenser with a lifetime warranty.

Our service provider’Ryan’ is great thus far. Our first time using Bell Brothers for our HVAC/AC unit. Ryan explained everything he was going to do and follow up work needed. I’m sure we’ll give 5 stars, when service is performed/completed.

My A/C died early Friday evening. I called Bell Bros the next morning. Mario arrived about noon. As always with Bell Bros, he was courteous and very professional. The repair was very quick and inexpensive. We have used Bell Bros for seven years and have always been happy with their service.

Jose and the manager( I forgot his name) were awesome! Super professional, came out found the problem quickly, bypassed the ac unit so it would start cooling my house down immediately while they worked on replacing the contractor. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will continue to use bell bros in the future!

Plumbing and sewer issues are never easy or comfortable, but this was one of the most simple, quick, least invasive jobs I've ever been involved with, especially with the extreme weather we have had to deal with. Job well done.

I usually do not recommend products or services to friends or family. I would recommend Bell Brothers to anyone in need of a Heating or Air-conditioning problem. I cannot say enough about Tom R. who helped us with our A/C problem. If you decided to use their services you will not be disappointed.

I’ve had bell brothers monthly maintenance program for years. They’ve always done great with the inspection as well as sharing their findings with me so that I understand. I’ve also had them do repairs & have always felt that I was being treated fairly & honestly. Would t trade them for anything.

The kings of the hard sell and over pricing. The experience is worse than buying a used car from Al Bundy. Very good service

Bought a nice big heat pump full system from them. Install will be on the 23rd of September. So far so good. Sales people were nice, technicians were nice for the check up. But we'll see what happens when everything is installed.
