Wilber was patient, knowledgeable, and took his time to cover all bases. He answered all of my questions and then arranged for me to meet with Michael Scott the next day.

Service tech, Nate, was courteous, knowledgeable, on time and answered all our questions. The toilet installation went quickly and toilet looks great. I would recommend Bell Bros and Nate for any plumbing repairs.

Nick told us up front what the cost between repair or replace and put forward our best options to solve our problem.

They lied to us. Charged us for a diagnostic fee, told us it failed and quoted an entire new system for $33k. We had another local company come and they were able to fix the problem quickly for less than $300. People need to know that Bell Bros is not honest.

Tech was held up at previous appts…. Did not arrive untill after 7pm…. Was very efficient in getting problem diagnosed and repairs made….. needed more info about what was holding up tech. Only got info when I called Bell Bros… did not get actual info until tech actually called himself when he was on way over

We had a full system installed about five years ago from Bell Brothers and was very pleased with the final result unfortunately, we had a problem about five years in and they were very kind came out diagnosed the problem. Got it all fixed for us and we’re back in action so great job thanks for the great customer service And we’re all set to go.

I can’t share much. The technician Mr Schultz arrived on time but when I showed him problem that I was experiencing it had quit. He was very nice and put a light bulb in my front porch light which had been out and I couldn’t reach. So all was not lost. These are good people and I’ve had them many times for various jobs.
