Both employees arrived on time. After introducing themselves they immediately went to work. Worked all morning and afternoon. Asked good questions and responded to our questions without hesitation. Cleaned up after finishing and left no trash or mess. I will of course continue to use Bell Bros - no question.

Replace aircon

Arrived as promised and installed a complete new HVAC system and replaced the old components (AC lines and fuse box vent pipes, etc.) took away the old system. Tested and made sure the system worked properly also showed me how the new thermostat works and explained the functions of the 2 stage HVAC system

Good service

Very pleased with the work done to install new window replacements. Was here on time and finished 6 windows in 4 hours! Amazing. As you can see, I have had a lot done over a period of time (from 2018 to present). I am thoroughly satisfied with all the work that has been done and would recommend Bell Brothers to everyone.

Several Bell Bros employees involved from original evaluation of current system, option review for needed total replacement, pre-site inspection, installation. All were professional, knowledgeable, considerate to prevent damage to house and then did great cleanup. Fast scheduling during cold spell appreciated. Great job done!

I have been using Bell Brothers for HVAC maintains and repair for 15+ years. They have been exceptional at maintaining and repairing my HVAC system. They provided the same prompt and excellent service when my water heater burst open. Bell Brothers replaced it the same day. Very happy member of Bell Brothers.

Amazing experience! Our specialists were awesome and worked so hard and were very personable and professional.

I had to purchase a new HVAC system, and the experience was so easy going with Bells Bros. The salesperson was very helpful and made the finance process very easy. They worked with me to get payments affordable. I have been a customer of Bell Bros since 1989 and very pleased with their service given through the years.

Absolutely the best from beginning to end. Highly recommend them. Shout out to owners and management for a great team. Very pleased.

UPDATE 7/26/23 AFTER TRUE-UP Our energy usage has averaged a 20% increase every year since we installed this system with no changes in our lifestyle. Excellent service

3 times no show, over a week of promised response. Only after calling multiple time venting my frustrations of the lack of professionalism, did they finally show up (4 hours late). Left my breaker box open (see photo)

Great service and professionalism.

They have always been friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and the office staff keeps you in the loop as to arrival time etc. I'm especially impressed with the willingness to explain things to me and my favorite technicians are Keith Lettier and Brian.

My family has employed Bell Brothers for almost twenty years, for many different services. They are always professional, , prompt, take time to explain everything (repeatedly if necessary). They take steps to ensure they don't make or leave a mess. I recommend them without hesitation or limitation.

I frequently vent my frustrations at so many business’s lack of reliability. This hasn’t happened with Bell Brothers. They have been professional, courteous, and timely throughout the entire HVAC replacement process; truly a breath of fresh air!

Bought a nice big heat pump full system from them. Install will be on the 23rd of September. So far so good. Sales people were nice, technicians were nice for the check up. But we'll see what happens when everything is installed.
