Both employees arrived on time. After introducing themselves they immediately went to work. Worked all morning and afternoon. Asked good questions and responded to our questions without hesitation. Cleaned up after finishing and left no trash or mess. I will of course continue to use Bell Bros - no question.

Manual replaced 2 water pressure regulators and 4 water valves. Manual gets high grades in all areas.

Sergey diananosed leaking water under sink that 3 previous contractors weren't able to. He showed me that the dishwasher i brought from best buy and installed by 3rd party installer was installed wrong.

My AC and heater both the downstairs and upstairs units were not functioning. The technician immediately discovered the problem and was able to fix it — much less than I expected. He was thorough, professional, and friendly.

Eduardo had the experience and skill to do a pretty difficult shower cartridge replacement job that two other plumbers did not want to tackle. Thank you for a job well done!

Two story home. Tub overflow leaking into garage. Diagnosed and repaired in two days. Repair required going through garage ceiling. Eduardo was great, friendly, and professional.

Jonathan was awesome. Explained everything and even helped us set up financing. Walked us through step by step as far as what was needed now and what could wait until later,. Never felt sales pressure. Looking forward to working with him more in the future

Bell bros consistently provides excellent, friendly service. I’ve used them for years.

Very helpful and knowledgeable.

They came quickly and fixed the problem effectively. Serge was fantastic. Not cheap, but not obscenely expensive - and you absolutely get what you pay for! Recommended with enthusiasm.

Bell Brothers truly saved my holiday! They actually answered the phone early in the morning and scheduled a technician for same-day service. Pedro came in and understood my difficult ask. He took the time to track down the right part to repair my ancient faucet and got it back working.

Our experience with Bell Brothers wasn't great. We asked for a shower repair, which was fixed. However, we were also told that the shower caulking could be redone and the faucets would be tightened by Ryan. As part of our contract with Bell Brothers, we had our plumbing checked. Serge was thorough and showed us issues he found. He did not push. We did choose to have 2 problems addressed which he dealt with. He was very efficient and easy to work with. A great experience.

Called Bell Brothers this morning and was happy and surprised they were able to fix my leaking faucet soo fast. They came out to my house within a few hours and the technician was very knowledgeable and polite! He quickly repaired the leaking cartridge and the whole repair was great.
