My AC and heater both the downstairs and upstairs units were not functioning. The technician immediately discovered the problem and was able to fix it — much less than I expected. He was thorough, professional, and friendly.

Fantastic job!

Eduardo had the experience and skill to do a pretty difficult shower cartridge replacement job that two other plumbers did not want to tackle. Thank you for a job well done!

We were expecting a lot from Bell Brothers but all we got was a high bill and still had a leaking hot water line, although it was better. Repaired tub faucet that was seemingly fixated. Efficient, quality service and friendly technician.

Fixed a leak in my master bathroom of my modular home.

I may have paid over $1,200 but my technician found and fixed my water leak same day and also fixed my shower drain and a few pipes fittings that had been broken. I have a home warranty company I use but the plumber they sent me was T&N plumbing and he would not go under my mobile home to evaluate the issue because… Read full review

Michael was phenomenal. Couldn’t have been any nicer or informative. Will call back when needed!

Bell Brothers annual plumbing inspection is helpful. Noah checked the operation of my water heater and drained the bottom of the tank to clear accumulated sediment and verify water was running clear. He then asked if I had any other issues and helped me with a faucet cartridge that was failing, advising me to… Read full review

Pedro came in and understood my difficult ask. He took the time to track down the right part to repair my ancient faucet and got it back working.

Our experience with Bell Brothers wasn't great. We asked for a shower repair, which was fixed. However, we were also told that the shower caulking could be redone and the faucets would be tightened by Ryan. We were told that the caulking wasn't possible due to water leaking out from the areas that needed caulking.… Read full review

As part of our contract with Bell Brothers, we had our plumbing checked. Serge was thorough and showed us issues he found. He did not push. We did choose to have 2 problems addressed which he dealt with. He was very efficient and easy to work with. A great experience.

Giovanni is a stellar character. He's dedicated to his work and communicates well. I may have a huge problem with a leak between the street and the house. The quote was twice more than other quotes i received from other companies for the same job. Bell's quote was close to 12K, while other quotes were around 6,5K. Also I had to pay $99 for the visit, and the coupon from their website for the free pipe testing was not accepted, unless I'd agree on their overpriced… Read full review

The only reason I didn't give Bell Brothers (BB) 5 stars on this water heater replacement job was their total price seemed high. BB has done excellent work at my house for years, and I do recommend them. On this job, BB replaced one of my two hot water heaters (WH) which had quit working. BB installed a new… Read full review

actually I like all of the above such as good value professional responsive and on time Good quality Responsive. We have always had good experiences with Bell Brothers

The lead man on my job was Kris. He was very professional, courteus, on time, snd thorough. All in all I would highly recommend Bell Brothers

Technician was very knowledgeable, although repair turned out to be more involved than originally thought. He accommodated as best he could, a part had to be ordered and caused a delay in completing project. My only other comment is that the price for repair was very expensive and seemed out of line.

Friendly and efficient.

Tech was on time and very personable. Located the issue quickly and repaired the issue. Answered all of my questions and left me feeling confident and satisfied.

Plumber looked at shower valve and couldn't remove the valve so he was going to charge me $2500 to cut away some tile and replace the valve. This was suppose to take him half a day. So if you think about it, parts would have been maybe $200 max and labor would be $2300 for up to 6 hours. That's $383 dollars an hour.… Read full review
